Dawn and her staff are exceptional! I’ve been bringing my Blue boy in since he was a puppy. 6 year later and pawlala is still his second home. Couldn’t ask for a better place. Every staff member treats him like he’s their own. I never have to worry about my baby when he’s here. Looking for a place to board, groom or even daycare to socialize your pet? This is the place. 1000% recommend

This place charges an arm and a leg just for basic grooming. I had an appointment today and I told the front desk and the groomer of what I wanted and they were charging me extra for a shave down. I understand recommending but as a customer we are the ones paying for the service of what we want. First of all I didn’t ask for a shave down all I asked was for a basic trim and bath. I was originally going to pay $159 but they wanted to charge me $280 for everything. Also they ask for way to many vaccine documentation which is ridiculous. I understand about that but by law you only need to ask for the basic vaccine documentation. For the location of this business they shouldn’t be charging so much. I wouldn’t recommend

I came here for grooming and the manager, Dawn, was VERY kind and accommodating to me and my dog, the groomer maria was also a dream to me and my dog. Super kind, gentle and fair pricing for the great service they offer! The area around the location may seem ghetto and scary, but trust me, this place is anything but! 11/10

From the moment I walked in to drop off my baby, the service was great. I was worried at first because it was my dog’s first professional grooming. I had been told in the past he was too aggressive by other groomers. But I knew he was in good hands and when I came back to pick him up he was happy and fresh looking! Just how I envisioned his hair cut, my dog’s stylist made it happen. I was very pleased by the service. I most definitely will be coming back. I recommend Paw La La 100%.

I am not one to leave bad reviews. But i do feel it is necessary to leave this review. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, don’t want to discredit them there. I have a rescue chihuahua mix & it was his first time getting groomed. I know rescues can be a little tricky considering their trauma and may be shy + scared. I could tell the groomer was a bit afraid. But in my mind these are experts, so it didn’t cross my mind that something like this would happen. I chose this place due to their amazing reviews. However, when I got my little fur baby back I realized his right eye was closed. He kept rubbing his face and now is not opening at all. There are endless possibilities as to what could have happened. Now I am in a situation where he has to be taken to urgent care since the vets don’t have availability until mid/end of next week. This is not a great feeling to have on your first visit to a groomer. I truly do not wish this on anyone.

The staff is very friendly and our groomer Beth is absolutely amazing. I hadn't returned in a few months and hadn't realized how much the service prices had increased (nearly double the old price). However, the lovely receptionist helped me sort things out. Overall great experience, I will miss the old pricing.

Took my dog here last week, only to find MULTIPLE cuts hidden in his fur. Called to question Paw La La and was initially lied to before they admitted it may have been a new groomer who made a mistake and cut him. $200 in vet bills later my dog is okay, DO NOT COME HERE!!!
