I cannot recommend Lilli at PetCare highly enough. She took such incredible care of my little Maltipoo, Mila, after her luxating patella surgery. Lilli specializes in animals with medical issues, senior animals and special needs. She was able to personalize Mila’s care by understanding Mila’s demeanor and followed all the recommendations from her orthopedic surgeon, complete with round the clock medication administration. She kept me updated on Mila’s healing throughout the day and even sent me pictures to comfort me. When I went to visit Mila one morning, Lilli showed me how to use the sling to give her back legs support while walking. Even after I brought Mila home, Lilli checked on us and helped make the transition back home smooth and stress free. Her dedication, expertise, and genuine love for animals made all the difference, and I am so grateful for the exceptional care she gave Mila.

I cannot recommend Lilliana and her team at her board-and-care PetCare LB (live better!) highly enough. If you have a Senior or post-surgery dog you need boarded, you will be thrilled with this experience. The atmosphere alone is outstanding--clean, cozy, and intimate. You can bring any toys or blankets from home so your pet feels secure and happy. Twice, Lilliana and her team of vet techs have provided excellent care for my dog, Penny, as I traveled for work. Recently, Penny was suffering with a strange, large growth on her head. I went to four different vets, with no success. They were concerned about putting her under to do the procedure. Lilliana had an idea for me--she guided me to Dr. Gabriele at Hancock Park Veterinary Hospital. Just as Lilliana predicted, Dr. Gabriele was the answer--she did a beautiful job using a local anesthetic, saving Penny from this highly uncomfortable, potentially dangerous condition. Penny is back to herself now! I would trust Lilliana and PetCare LB with any pet concerns! I call Lilliana the dog whisperer--in any situation, she just knows!

Lilli gave my 16 y/o lab the most amazing care as she was aging out of regular boarding and needed a bit more attention. The team is super thorough, extremely helpful with supplements/meds and super attentive to the needs of your pet. There was never a doubt Badger was well taken care of while I was gone, which is an amazing relief! They are the best and HIGHLY recommend if your pet is older and needs a quiet, caring place to stay.

I highly recommend having your pet board at PetCare LB. Lilli, the owner is very conscientious about all pets and will go above and beyond what is necessary to make sure your pet is happy staying at her place. If she feels your dog or cat needs more attention she will make sure it happens. She cares so much about your pet and wants to make sure he/she is comfortable staying there. I have let Lilli watch my dog 3 times and she has done a wonderful job each time. She has given me updates as days went on if needed or wanted. I knew my dog was in good hands staying at PetCare LB. She exceeds expectations and goes the extra mile to make sure you and your pet are happy.

I highly recommend PetCare LB, especially for dogs with medical or special needs. One of my dogs has megaesophagus, and this was the only place in the LA area willing to take him. My dog has very specific requirements around his food and water intake, and the PetCare LB team has been incredibly accommodating from day one. Lilli goes above and beyond for my dogs. She not only follows every instruction perfectly, but she also takes the initiative to research my dog’s condition and share tips that have genuinely improved his care at home. Michelle is equally wonderful—organized, attentive to details, and proactive with sharing pictures and updates that give me so much peace of mind. I honestly cannot say enough good things about PetCare LB. The staff truly care about each dog, the facility is clean and well-run, and the pricing is more than fair for the level of attention and expertise they provide. I’m so grateful to have found them.

PetCare LB has cared for our senior special needs dog post surgery and for boarding as well. Lilliana and her team provided an excellent standard of care keeping her special needs in mind. She also offered helpful suggestions to improve our dog’s quality of life at home. Lilliana’s love for and dedication to caring for pets is the foundation for this remarkable place.

We brought our French Bulldog who had mobility issues for boarding and we couldn’t have been happier. We were confident our dog Bean was comfortable when we boarded him and were well informed and updated thought out his visit. Highly recommend
