Wag Hotels - Hollywood

I can’t say enough Pawsitive things about Wag Hotel the Hollywood location….You know how people brag about there kids school. Well when you have a dog people talk about there’s dogs food , vet hospitals and where to go for day care, boarding, training and me…I talk about where is my dog Fred’s happy place. When I pull up and he realizes he can see the big dog mural he gets excited. And when I take him inside it’s like I am not even there he goes to the back and forgets me. I love it no anxiety of me leaving- that’s great he is happy and so am I. Can’t forget the staff everyone that I have meet are friendly and I feel my dog has been in good hands. Fred’s happy place!!!

Very happy with my experience so far. My puppy was rescued from the street and is very shy but the team at Wag truly help him come out of his shell and get more comfortable with humans other than myself. He is also making a ton of friends which is super cool to watch on their webcam. 10/10 would recommend

Took our 2 dogs here for 2 days of all day play and they loved it. The staff was so friendly and watched them closely since it was their first day! We got cute pictures of the dogs during the day and I was able to check on them via Wagcam which was so nice. Definitely recommend this spot for day care/boarding - they seem to have a great system set up! Also, in the lobby a woman was RAVING about the services, which is a great sign!

I love that I was sent daily photo updates of my baby Enzo (we boarded him for a week). I just wish there was a separate play area for small dogs. The staff called me when they had a question or if there was an issue (my dog wouldn’t eat, I guess he missed us) so I had peace of mind because they kept communication lines open. They offered suggestions but will get confirmation first before taking any action. Overall, it was a great experience.

I have a larger puppy who is reactive and strong, but the Wags employees were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and understanding. They truly made the boarding experience wonderful for both me and my pup. The daily pictures I received were so helpful and really eased my anxiety about leaving him there. When we picked him up, the staff was very open and honest about how he did during his stay, which I really appreciated. We will definitely be coming back!

Andrew and the rest of the staff were very helpful and courteous to me and my dog. As a new customer, I took advantage of their offer for 2 free day care visits which included one-on-one care since my dog gets aggressive around other aggressive dogs. It's too bad the location in Hollywood is in an industrial area so there is nowhere for them to walk the dogs other than their own fenced in lot which is safe and has turf for potty breaks. The staff shared that my dog was "cuddly and friendly" during their visits with him. And I appreciated how they took good care of his personal items and food that I brought in for him. And they sent me the attached photo of my dog smiling during one of their visits with him. I won't hesitate to book another day care or even overnight visit the next time it's needed. Shari

This was my cat’s second stay with Wag Hotel, but her first time at the Hollywood location, and it was a great experience. Check in and out were quick and efficient, which made everything stress free. The daily photo updates were so reassuring and really helped me feel at ease while she was away. The end of stay report card was incredibly sweet and showed how much they genuinely care about the pets they look after. So thankful to have a place I can trust with my girl 🐾
