My pug Lily LOVES going to daycare at DHU MacArthur! She’s been several times, and she always has a lovely time! I love that they take and send photos of her throughout the day, and she always gets the butt wiggles when we drive in because she knows she’s going to have a great day! I also feel that the prices are reasonable and very doable.
They took very good care of my dog while I was traveling and sent daily photo updates. She appeared happy and settled for her first time here. They were very communicative and my dog came home happy and tired. Would recommend and she will be visiting again!
Very nice place. They took care of my Rottweiler max very well, sent me tons of pics. Would definitely go here again!
My pup absolutely loves coming to daycare here! The staff are friendly and kind and give me a great update on her once I pick her up. I feel extremely comfortable leaving my dog here and have even brought her in on days when I just have some errands to run so she can have a fun day!
My dog HATES boarding. I was nervous to send him to Dog Haus because the last time he was boarded (at a different Madison dog boarding establishment), he basically sprinted out of the front office when I came to pick him up. When I picked him up from Dog Haus, however, he was happy to see me but did not seem overly anxious to leave the premises. I believe he genuinely enjoyed his time here. I received updates and pictures from staff of my dog enjoying his stay, and that went a long way toward putting my mind at ease. I will be using Dog Haus for my boarding needs in the future.
My dog, River, LOVES going to DHU at MacArthur. They are always so happy to see her and she is out of her mind when she sees them. They always keep me updated on how she is doing. I highly recommend DHU at MacArthur. Thank you wonderful staff for your great care with our dogs!
Been taking my dogs here the past 3 years when going on vacation. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. My dogs love going and I can trust they are being taken care of and treated well. The daily picture updates of my dogs gives a peace of mind when on vacation.
