Hotel Sisal LLC - Cat Boarding

We love hotel sisal! The live camera is such an anxiety reliever. The staff always are able to tell us how our girls were at pick up and I enjoy knowing they are still being cared for there like I care for them at home.

My cat Ethel was shy during her first visit, but on our second stay the staff kindly placed her in the exact same enclosure. That familiar spot helped her relax right away. The whole process was seamless and easy, and the environment at Hotel Sisal is so calm and peaceful — truly designed with cats in mind. Ethel came home content, and I’m grateful for the care and attention they give to sensitive kitties.

This facility should be seen. Erase the word "kennel" and insert custom crafted retreat for your feline friend. I echo all positive reviews and want to add that this experience returns to you unstressed, well rested, happy, well-fed cats. The staff listens to complex instructions and processes in real time how to help. Several cats there had challenges and they appeared outgoing and happy. The staff is also responsive quickly to any messages you leave. The staff likes cats and is happy and excited to interact with each new customer. We drive 2 hours to use Hotel Sisal. My only request is to open an Illinois campus! One of my 3 communicates immediately and clearly her stress. She tried to go back into her enclosure when I arrived for pick up and not one negative behavior upon her return home. Such a well-built, well run, clean and efficient facility. And the cameras are really fun to use. Easy to see everyone is getting what they need. Go visit! Seeing all the alert, interactive feline customers will confirm all the human opinions.

We had a wonderful experience with Hotel Sisal. It was our first time boarding our cat, and they made sure we didn't have to worry about anything. I especially appreciated the ability to check in on her at any point via camera. The facility was clean and inviting, and the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We'll definitely be using them for all our future cat boarding needs!

My cat TC loves Hotel Sisal! This was his first time ever going to boarding or being around other people, also other cats. He did a great job, we will soon be regulars. Everyone who works there is so kind and helpful. The cat rooms are really nice and they have time to go out of their rooms which is nice. Also my cat loves the calming music they play and I really appreciate that we can virtually check in on them when we're away. They made it really easy for me to leave my cat and have confidence he was in good hands. I can't recommend them enough.

I was worried to board my two shy 1.5 year old kittens for the first time, but the staff at Hotel Sisal (especially Maria!) were very reassuring and helpful. When we arrived, they were great about listening to my cats' care instructions. While I was away, it was reassuring to watch my kitties on the camera. The many perches, blankets, and hammock in their room were great. Staff responded quickly to my emails and even sent photos of my cats when I was worried. They did a great job of keeping my cats clean and fed while still giving them their space. We'll definitely be returning!

Hotel Sisal always does a fantastic job! I've been taking my cat here for almost 3 years now. The staff is always friendly and caring. My cat takes medicine and can be scared of new people, but he always leaves a happy boy when I take him here! When I can't take him with me on trips, I feel confident when he is here!
