We rely on K-9 Resorts Madison for trusted, reliable care for our dogs on short and long term stays. We have used their service for years for weekends and long vacation boarding. The dogs know where they are heading and run to the door where they are greeted by friendly, kind, and caring staff. You can tell that everyone loves dogs and loves their jobs at K-9. Our dogs are always well cared for and well groomed when we pick them up. I would highly recommend their services to anyone that wants to go away and know the dogs are well cared for either with group dog play or private one on one human play whichever works best for your pet. They have vets on call for emergency care should something unexpected arise.

Lucky and I love K9 resort at Madison. Lucky play all day and came home tired and happy. Tired dog is a good dog "zzzz".

K9 Resorts of Madison always take extra special care of our pup!! He’s a bit of a picky eater when we’re away, and they always make his meals extra special so he eats. I know our little guy is in good hands when we’re away and that makes all the difference in the world!

Our cockapoo Gracie loves to go to K9! She goes for occasional daycare and for some boarding. She gets excited when I turn on the street. The love and care she gets is top-notch! The facility is spotless and well maintained. I always know my Gracie is in great hands! I appreciate having a "best in class" facility that takes great care of my little Gracie. Thank you K9!

We’ve had a very good experience with K9 Madison for daycare — the staff is friendly, Pepper has always been well cared for, and we’ve never had any issues on that side. Boarding, however, has been much less convenient. The check‑in time is set very late at 9am, which often forces you to book an extra night just to make the schedule work. When I asked if they could accommodate an earlier drop‑off because we’re in the middle of a move, the answer was an immediate no.It’s a great daycare, but the boarding policies are rigid and not practical for real‑life situations.

Great people with a kennel that has a Great system with group play, for socialized dogs. Our dogs always come out of Group play happy but also tired after playing with all their friends. FYI: you get what you pay for and Group play makes it definitely worth it. Five stars and two big thumbs up for both Group play and kennel.

K9 Resorts in Madison is hands down the best run, most professional and most personable doggie daycare I've had the pleasure of using for my great dane, Stella. Stella has been going to the Madison location on a regular basis (3x week) for the past ten months. She has also boarded there on several occasions. They take amazing care of her and leave me with zero concerns as to her well being. The biggest reason I go to K9 Resorts in Madison is not due to the K9 name. It is due to the wonderful owners and staff. They are what make it special. Would highly recommend the team and their facility to any dog owner looking for comfort and peace for both their dog and themselves! I'll let the photos speak for themselves...
