The Ark Pet Spa & Hotel - Madison

I have two dogs, that are my fur babies! This is their third grooming experience. The groomer is very caring, professional, gentle and has done an awesome job with my dogs. She has demonstrated loving patience in helping them in this new environment; we moved here from CA and I feel very fortunate to have found such a nice new place. The spa is very clean, and the staff members really seem to enjoy their jobs. I appreciate the fact that they listen to my requests and do what they can to accommodate our needs. I am planning on being able to let my dogs attend the daycare for their socialization very soon. I love that Video Surveillance will be available to me when they begin their day care or if I have to leave them overnight for boarding.

Our dog stayed for 4 nights. While sitting on the beach I watched our dog play with the other dogs on Pet Cam provided by The Ark. We were able to enjoy our vacation knowing our dog was also enjoying his. I was able to check Pet Cam each day. Our dog was in good spirits when we picked him up.

My dogs come home relaxed and happy when boarding. My 4 yr old chihuahua plays all day in the toy group while my 15 yr old poodle relaxes in their suite and individual play with staff. That kind of individualized care keeps them happy and me worry free. They take time to get to know the pets and their needs.

If you’re looking for well priced and a caring groomer, I suggest the Ark wholeheartedly. From the sweet person I spoke and scheduled with to the phenomenal front desk, Allie and groomer Brittney! To say I was impressed by Allie is an understatement. Allie welcomed us in with a smile as soon as we came in. She checked in multiple dogs at once while she also tended to my new membership with the BEST attitude. The other dogs and people seemed to really respond to her kindness and great personality. My boy Remy is a shy boy but she made him feel very comfortable around her. Allie’s work ethic and compassion for people and the animals shined through. 10/10. Now to Brittney, the groomer, WOW! She made my boy look even more handsome than before. A highly skilled professional, if you ask me. The way she was so gentle with Remy really made me feel like he was in great hands. She was so kind to him and I can tell he had a great time when he came out to us wagging tail behind him. 10/10 Over all, I am glad I picked the Ark for Remy!

Amazing staff with A+ care for all of their visiting pets and customers. We adopted our very first pet at 4 months old from a local pet shelter. She has some separation and anxiety from past shelter experiences. Which was a big concern for our family when we thought of boarding her while we were on vacation. I was happy to be able to view our pet via their cameras every day. I was able to see the care, comfort and love they offered daily. When I came back our dog was so excited to us that I almost cried. The staff here is amazing with all animals and I would recommend them time and time again!

Love this pet hotel! Always feel peace of mind when they watch my baby fang. I always use them when we go on vacation! Definitely recommend!

Our Doodle has gone to the Ark for over a year. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Our girl loves to go every day and is treated like a princess!
