All Valley Animal Resort

, I was worried because of some of the previous reviews. I’m probably being paranoid but I’ll let you know after I pick them up 🙏🏻 and update After my dogs staying 6 days I am so pleased with the service. I was updated every day with cute photos, care giver was very nice and played with the dogs. Had live video to check on them. Would definitely use this facility again!!

Staff are friendly and caring. They take very good care of our pups during their stay. Our dogs are always excited to stay at the resort. Would recommend this location and staff. Des

I absolutely love AV! I have been taking my dog here since 2019. She requires some special care and they are always so wonderful with her! I don't trust many people with her and I can't imagine taking her anywhere else! They always remember her and greet her enthusiastically and she is never reluctant to go. She trots on in without me and never looks back!

I have an adult dog who is usually pretty easy going. He is quite energetic for his age. With working long hours, All Valley has 12 hour daycare which has been a lifesaver! Pricing can be a little higher than desired, but I always know he is well taken care of. Because he is getting older I like the option of boarding at a facility connected to an animal hospital. They have always been great! We did have a hiccup when it came to buying daycare packages and then getting a new system, but the manager was quick to figure it out.

I have used multiple boarding facilities over the years, and All Valley Animal Resort has been the least professional by a wide margin. I left clear written feeding instructions for my dogs, and they still failed to follow them. One of my dogs was allowed to eat the other’s meal, which is exactly what I was trying to prevent. Communication was just as bad. They did not answer multiple phone calls or voicemails. My wife asked if they could send pictures and they agreed, yet we received absolutely nothing for the entire week. When you are paying to have your pets cared for, silence like that is unacceptable. I provided my dog’s prescription medication along with pill pockets that I had to purchase myself. They were charging me $8 per day to administer the medication, yet at the end of the stay, the medication that should have remained was not returned. The pill pockets were given back, but the medication was not. There was no explanation offered. All of this came with a price tag of over $1,000 for a single week. Between the ignored feeding instructions, the complete lack of communication, and the failure to return my dog’s remaining prescription medication, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone who cares about their pets. Zero stars.

I can not recommend this place enough. Very nice staff and facility. You can tell that Teri the manager really cares about the animals and their stay. Great option for when you need to leave your babies!

Can't begin to tell you what a help these girls are when trust and care is needed for your other family members. Teri and staff treat yours like theirs and they've made their service a regular part of our planning now.
