The Dog Stop - Middletown, Delaware

Always had good care at TDS. The cameras freeze alot and I do not have an iPhone or the app. I just used the link that was sent to me by text for viewing cameras. You use to include a bath before pick up but I gave them both a bath when we got home. Just wish smaller dogs were rotated into larger indoor/outdoor room but noticed you had alot more larger dogs so I understand. Can you please do something with the hanging wires in camera 1 over the red steps. It be better for pictures. Thank you so much.

They did an exceptional job caring for our baby, who was there for two weeks, going above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and thriving. So much so that when she wasn’t responding as well to being alone, Mr. Jim took her home to be with him and his family so that she would get more attention.we will always trust The Dog Stop with our girl.

This was Red’s third visit and it went really good. He looks great and no more comments about looking like an exploded marshmallow with his hair groomed and short. Thank you!!!

Excellent Service! Staff is kind with the dogs and their humans! My dog seemed to enjoy her bath and nails done. Who doesn't love a great spa day?!! And she seemed relaxed the rest of the day. Smells pretty good too! Most excellent!

I took my two Golden retrievers to get groomed. I specifically asked for a trim for my 12 year old golden. He got cut short. I asked for a shorter cut for my 7 year old golden retriever, they freaking shaved her. I specifically said do not shave. I am so freaking angry. You never ever shave a golden retriever. I can’t believe the groomer did this u would think they would know better even after telling them. I want a refund on my 7 year old golden retriever. Freaking ridiculous. This was the first time ever that our dog Amber Sky was ever away from us and let me just say she came back just as we left her happy and loving. The staff there were wonderful and caring. When we came to pick her up we were met by the little Pugs who seem to run the front desk. The price was responsible and care exceptional. We definitely will be using your service again.

I would give 10 stars on my satisfaction if I were able! The staff is so pleasant. My groomer is amazing, and my dog looks so good! Thank you, Dog Stop!
