City Paws Pet Club - Dog Daycare, Boarding, Training & Grooming

We feel so lucky to have found the folks at City Paws! We have two dogs who couldn’t be more different, and both of them have totally found their place at City Paws. The staff are SO caring and loving, and also clearly know a ton about dogs. We also love that Mississippi and Clementine can get everything from healthy food and grooming to comfy boarding and training all in one facility. The photos and report cards they send are also just the best. We love seeing our buddies’ goofy faces throughout the day. The reservation system is super easy and also makes it so there aren’t so many dogs romping around that the pups get overwhelmed. We can’t say enough good things about City Paws! Thanks for taking such good care of our fur babes.

We have two shy dogs and this daycare is so accommodating to them! Not only do the staff truly know our dogs (like every small detail shared!), they do a good job at making sure our dogs have a fun day while also having time to rest. My dogs are slowly getting more comfortable and enjoying themselves a lot at Citypaws. Shoutout to Connor who is so passionate and dedicated! After touring a few places, we chose Citypaws because of how great he is!

The people are very nice and do seem to genuinely care about dogs but in the end it was not a positive experience for my dogs. Boarding two dogs for 10 nights was about $1600 and nearly everything is an add-on: walks are $1/minute, extra playtime is $15 per dog per day, even treats cost extra. Outside of 3 hours in the daycare area, dogs are kenneled and let out for bathroom breaks. For "luxury" boarding more time outside the kennel should be standard. There's also no meaningful discount for a second dog. More concerning: both dogs developed kennel cough within 48 hours of drop-off. We were only told one dog had it, but both do. Despite being sick, they were still allowed into general playtime on and off, which raises real questions about how illness is managed and the risk to other dogs. Both still had kennel cough at pickup, adding vet bills on top of an already expensive stay. Basic care also had gaps: water bowls were empty more often than they should have been, which is especially important for dogs with a respiratory illness, and blankets stayed bunched in the corner for days. The staff's intentions seem good, but at this price point the experience should be healthier and more attentive.

The team at city paws takes such great care of my Annie Lou. We are so grateful for the incredibly genuine care and love they give her every single day 🙂 She just loves to go and play all day long with her friends and people she loves! I always know she’s in great hands.

This is my first time here and I love this place! They were so good with my puppy especially with it being her first playdate, grooming, boarding. She was immediately comfortable with the staff and they let her interact with other dogs safely.

My girls, Hazel & Maisie, absolutely love going to daycare and seeing all of their pet friends and human friends. It is a great activity for them and everyone there is wonderful! Very professional and most of all loving and caring to all of the pets. They also get their grooming done here as well. The groomers do a fabulous job. We love everything about City Paws Uptown❤️ Best pet care in town and I am very particular about my babies.

Josie had a lovely day at daycare and the spa! She always loves visiting City Paws and it’s so reassuring to have a place to bring her where she feels comfortable. She’s a mixed breed so there’s no set cut and her grooming turned out great! She looks fresh and feels so confident that people literally asked to take her picture when we went out that night! Highly recommend!
