ADOGO Pet Hotel Minnetonka, MN

The staff is very nice and friendly…they always great the dogs with their names when you come in the doors. Our dog absolutely loves it! When he comes home he’s very tired…lol

Amy is the sweetest and most kind human! You will never see her without a smile on her face! She’s so bubbly and is great with my dogs! Their haircuts always look phenomenal and no doubt they are in good hands with her! We love Amy! And all the staff are amazing at Adogo as well!

We used Adogo for our previous dogs. Today we took our new puppy and it was a terrible experience. She was scared and nervous, just stayed in a corner. As I watched on the webcam the girl in with the dogs never once talked to her to reassure her (or paid attention to any of the dogs). Then when they let them go outside she put our puppy in an isolation pen. Then she said when she went to get her out she nipped at her. It is so disappointing that our young dog was so threatened and scared that she felt that was her only defense. We will certainly not recommend Adogo to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about Adogo Minnetonka! I was in a pinch with needing boarding for my two dogs last minute. They were gracious to work with my request and went above and beyond when needing to fit in a Temperament Evaluation. Everyone that I interacted with in-person and over the phone was kind and helpful. I felt good about where my dogs were at while away. The staff seemed to love them, too, and that made me feel good. Prices were good, hours were appreciated (some boarders close mid-day, which doesn't always work out with drop-off/pick-up), and communication was excellent. We will be back - thank you, Adogo!

I’ve been boarding my pups at Adogo Minnetonka for many years. I like that I can watch them at play on their webcam, my pups get to share a kennel, and they get top-notch care. No worries about special instructions or if you need meds given, they take care of everything professionally. I take my pups to doggie daycare a couple of days a month and they are so excited to get there they run to the door. This past week they were boarded for 8 days and while on the plane I got a call that Sweden was yelping when they picked him up. As a mini dachshund we worried about his back, so I asked them to put a small crate in their room and try cage rest. They updated me often and even arranged an appointment with my vet on Monday. Knowing he was checked out and was okay flooded me with relief so I could enjoy my week in Cancun.

The Mtka Adogo staff is incredible! They are Amazing, and I highly recommend them as often as possible! George, my pup, loves going here- for daycare and boarding- his tail starts wagging as we pull into parking lot!! That tells me all I need to know! Thank you to all of the Mtka staff for always taking such excellent care of George! I appreciate all that you do!

First time for my 2 nine month old golden doodles. They did great. Apparently not fond of going in their kennels. I forgot to ask how long they got to play with other dogs and how that went. They play pretty hard with each other. I will definitely be back!
