Acres pet resort

This pet resort, was so incredibly welcoming and friendly! My little furry friend enjoyed his time there! They were experienced and you actually get so much included, unlike other places that make you buy add ons for your stay! Definitely coming back

We boarded our 1 year old golden retriever for 9 days here, very happy with the care and quality of service. The owner is so quick to respond and thorough to communicate in all parts of the boarding process, sent photos of our boy while we were gone (so reassuring to our family!) and was very organized in the quality, safety and care of our dog. He genuinely loves the animals and it shows. The facility is clean and comfortable, and I felt confident leaving our boy in his care. Our dog came home well-mannered and happy, absolutely no negative changes in behavior from before our trip. This was by far the best value I found for an excellent first time pet boarding experience.

I’ve never boarded my dog before and was a bit nervous being that he’s a young and wild husky… with that being said, Ed Took really good care of him! The moment I met him, my worries went away. It’s very obvious he really cares about the safety and the care of the animals. Really fair price too

I am very satisfied with the care that was provided to our dogs. Ruby can be very anxious but adjusted well to her 10 day stay here with the assistance of the experienced staff. Our other dog, Jack, also did well. We were concerned how he would adjust since he is age 14. I’m glad we chose to board them at Acres. I will certainly not hesitate to bring them back if the occasion arises. I also prefer to use services of a small local business like Acres Pet Resort as opposed to a large chain establishment. Thank you again for the care you provided our beloved family members while we were away.

He went above and beyond want any kennel I've ever known to do. My dog Sadie just love being with him and you could see the smile on her face. And she was so happy when I picked her up. And she stayed with him for a week. So thank you very much. For your extra loving care of my four-legged child

Shockingly poor service. I’ve spoken with them twice, and both times I dealt with the same person, who was rude on each occasion. During my final interaction, he seemed more focused on waiting for a cellphone call than helping me, and his arrogant attitude was extremely off-putting. I would not recommend this place and would avoid it if possible.

Excellent experience at this place. Brand new facility & a very knowledgeable owner. Quite professional and friendly. Place was very well ventilated and warm at the same time. Thank you!!!
