I absolutely love this place and more importantly my dog does too. The people are very nice to humans and to their pets. My dog gets very excited anytime that we come there for some reason. I would highly recommend them 😁.

Thank you, Custom Kare, for taking such good care of my Jax. He always looks so good when I pick him up. I'm especially impressed with the more personalized, one-on-one attention. It makes a HUGE difference, unlike other big box stores (which will remain nameless). My baby loves coming and seeing everyone there. Once again, thank you for taking such good care of my Jax.

Custom Kare Kennel is amazing! They kept my Yorkie puppy on a regular basis when I was traveling for work in Middle TN. He loved going there and seeing "Miss Mary Anne" so much that I never worried about him for a second when he was in her care. Fast forward a 3 years and I reached out and not only did Mary Anne remember Tucker and me, she was genuinely delighted that he would be staying with them this June while we are traveling to Chattanooga. Knowing he is with her and her staff has been a tremendous relief since he's so tiny and attached to me. I can't wait to tell him in the car, like I used to, that we are going to see Miss Mary Anne. Hopefully, now that he is grown being so happy to hear that won't result in him tee-teeing like he did from excitement when he was a baby--LOL! Sorry for the long post, but these folks are just wonderful!

We used to take our dogs there to get groomed. I couldn’t find anyone else so I had to take them there. The grooms started going downhill. Our Pomeranians coat was cut unevenly. It looked horrible. When I would pick them up and drop them off the noise alone was so scary to my dogs. The other dogs were barking loudly. In the past I’ve used other groomers and it wasn’t like that. Sure there was some noise but not like this. Also the groomer was out of work constantly. We had to reschedule the appointments. It would take forever to get back in only to have the appointment cancelled again. I understand you can’t help if you’re sick but something else needed to happen because we went months without seeing the groomer. We finally found a mobile groomer and she is awesome! We pay almost double but it’s worth it because their coats look amazing!

This place and the people who work there are fantastic!! I recently boarded my Lynndee there and it was the first time I have boarded a pet in years! And they were so amazing with overprotective me! They were so good to us! Texted me pictures and gave me reports daily, just fantastic, Lynndee loved it too! Definitely gonna be our kennel, gave her a fabulous bath (smelled so good) and nail clip on the day I picked her up! I would recommend this kennel to everyone! So glad I found a place who was so great to me and my Lynndee!! Keep up the great work and customer service!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Updated May 9th, I recently had a tragic death in the family in Connecticut and was gone more than two weeks and I couldn’t take Lynndee and as usual Mary and her staff were fantastic, I couldn’t be more thankful and impressed with the service we get and the treatment of both my beautiful Lynndee and myself!! Thank you so so much for all you do!!

They cared so much for my dog and he felt comfortable during his first boarding experience.

I’m so pleased with the outcome of my dog grooming, not only was he groomed as requested but done in a timely manner. Great service all around. Thanks everyone🐶
