Safari Pet Resort

My mini dachshund had her first visit yesterday and while she is a little shy/skeptical at first in new environments, she did great! The two ladies up front were very friendly and helpful. I loved getting a photo update too!

Devin is an amazing groomer! He always takes the time to come out, greet Ranger, and go over exactly what I’m looking for before the appointment. He consistently delivers exactly the cut and style I want, which gives me great confidence every time I bring Ranger in. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and professional. While I still feel the prices are a little on the high side, the quality of Devin’s work makes it worth it. Finding a groomer who listens, cares, and consistently does a great job is priceless—and Devin does just that! 🐾😊

Safari has been a game changer for our dog, Sierra, who struggles with separation anxiety. She absolutely loves her dog sleepovers and playing with her friends there. She gets excited just hearing their name. The staff take wonderful care of her, and the playtime cameras give us great peace of mind. They’ve also taken excellent care of our two cats when we’ve needed to board or bring them for cat camp.

This was my dog Jack’s first experience at a daycare, and it was great! Pictures were sent to me showing him and he was very happy! He must have played all day as he was exhausted when he got home. He will be going again as this is so good for him and much better than being home alone, this puppy needs his playtime.

My boys LOVEE going to school. Wrangler and Creed have the best time and come home so happy!! I’m so glad that I feel so comfortable and safe bringing my boys here and knowing without a doubt that they are taken care of by every member of staff they interact with!!

Awful experience.terrible communication. After our puppy’s eval (which we were not told would be an all day thing) we texted them to schedule daycare and they said you don’t have to schedule daycare and that we could drop her off any time during business hours and then I asked about a grooming and they responded "I have her set for a bath at 10:30 so she can play in the morning" we picked up her and were told that she did not play at all when we dropped her off at 8am and then picked her up at 5 pm when our texts explicitly said she will play in the morning. I’m honestly confused at why they would think we dropped her off all day for a bath? They clearly don’t care about the dogs. Will never go here again. Also they said her bath would be 5 hours when she’s a small puppy so she can completely dry. When we picked her up she was still wet.

We love Safari Pet Resort. We wanted to get him some safe socialization in a daycare setting after his puppy preschool program ended. He loves it because he gets to play a couple of days a week! We love it because we know he is well taken care of and getting some energy out. The staff always takes such great care of him. We love watching the cameras, especially when the staff is loving on him or helping him learn how to swim. We love suggesting Safari to others looking in the area.
