I love Pet Resorts of America. The staff is friendly and attentive, the play yard is viewable from the lobby, and my Poppy is ALWAYS excited to go there. I feel like the staff really do care about my dog. They always pay attention and let me know if they think she isn’t feeling well or if anything has changed about her. They really keep my girl safe!

I have been fortunate enough to board both of our dogs at Pet Resorts of America for the past 12 years. After our female JRT passed, it left Whiskey alone and we had to find him other dog friends. I was so pleased to know that Pet Resorts Doggy Day Care was my answer. They are fantastic, worked Whiskey into the group slowly and he passed. I’m looking forward to more play days for our boy. The best part he had a blast and was exhausted from his Big Day with new friends. Thank you to the staff for taking care of Whiskey. He can’t wait to come back.

My nine month old lab Penny LOVES going to daycare at Pet Resorts. The group play has been so good for her social development and has improved her behavior in the house. Burning all that lab puppy energy has also been a lifesaver for our sanity! The PRA team is amazing and truly cares about each dog like their own. We couldn’t ask for a better experience!

I have been taking my dog to this daycare facility for over 8 years and have been a faithful customer. Under the new ownership, they increased the price of 20 half days from $300 to now $500 which Is obviously gouging the public. Before that, the previous owner continually raised the price nearly every year. These prices are outrageous, and with no justification. I will no longer be taking my dog to this daycare facility.

I’ve been bringing our pup to Pet Resorts for 6 years now- and even with trying multiple other places- NOBODY compares!!! Their dedication to these animals is unwavering. They pay attention to every single detail, from preferences, habits, restricted treats, behaviors, to the pet parents’ names and cars when they pull in. Every employee, on the boarding and the daycare side, are all kind, compassionate and attentive. This is the only resort our dog gets EXCITED to go to and is happy every single time we pick him up. I would give this staff 20 stars if I could.

We are so grateful for the care Pet Resorts provided for our 2 senior dogs during the recent ice storm. Our dogs have boarded many times at Pet Resorts and they are always happy and excited when we arrive. We appreciate the vaccination requirements and customized notes on each boarder. They always come home clean, well fed and in good spirits. Many thanks!!

Pet Resorts in Nashville has been simply wonderful to our dogs over the years. We are always impressed with the care they receive and the resort’s efforts to meet our dogs’ needs. For example, we like to keep our dogs near each other with playtime together, but in separate runs at night. No issue accommodating that. They also keep an open line of communication, and let us know immediately if something is off. They also don’t laugh when we drop off toys, blankets, treats and even a dog jacket, and instead work to make sure our dogs are as comfortable as possible.
