Off-Leash Hotel

Our experience at Off-Leash has been so wonderful so far and we truly appreciate the care the staff puts forth to our pups! Our 2 dogs had not been there for awhile and we really appreciated the communication the staff kept with us throughout the weekend about re-evaluating them for play time. We loved the steps they took to make sure our girls were comfortable and set up for success in playing with the other dogs. This is a great level of care that we have not received at any other boarding facility. The facility is very cute and clean. We loved that we could see our girls playing and making friends on the webcams they have set up throughout the day. To top it off, the staff is extremely welcoming and kind. 10/10 would recommend if you are looking for a place with very reasonable pricing to board your pups and have peace of mind that they are truly cared for while you are away!

First time boarding my dog and it was a wonderful experience. The staff, especially Dawn was very accommodating. I would definitely send my dog back for boarding. The facility was clean and the amenities were great! Thank you for making a first time experience very pleasant.

We cannot say enough about the peace of mind having our fur babies stay the weekend at the Off-Leash Hotel. Our dogs are rescues and come with baggage, they do not like slippery floors, they lived the first year of their lives entirely outside. Caesar really struggles with it, Luna has a bit more confidence. In the play rooms Caesar would lay and watch the other dogs play, Luna would check in on Caesar from time to time. Outside Caesar would really shine with his tail wagging and Luna was a little bit cautious and at the same time fully enjoying the other dogs and basking in the sunshine. We enjoyed receiving our report cards of how the dogs were doing as well as some photos. The live camera feeds were really nice to be able to check in on them occasionally. The owner and staff love dogs as well as caring for them and it truly shows. When we picked up our dogs a staff member told us that they used towels to help Caesar, that was exactly what the shelter would to to help him. This extra loving care means so much to us, we really appreciate it. Highly recommended Off-Leash Hotel!

We have used off leash for various services over the last year and we are always happy. Last week we boarded our puppy for several nights and they took the best care of her! She had fun playing with the other dogs and she came home clean, happy and tired. It was a relief not to worry about her while we were traveling. Highly recommend!

Off the leash is a wonderful place for doggy daycare. My husband is in ICU after surgery and they have provided a place for my dog that is safe and fun. This is the first review I have ever posted, but I extremely appreciate how helpful and kind they are. I would give 10 stars if possible.

Off-Leash Hotel is amazing !! Our dog is such a homebody and gets anxious when he has to leave but he was SO HAPPY during his boarding stay ! We got daily pictures and updates about him and all the fun he was having at his vacation with Off-Leash. Highly recommend for anyone if you want a super clean and friendly stay for your dog. 10/10

Cannot recommend this place enough! Our puppy is waiting at the garage door with a wagging tail on the days he goes to puppy daycare. I can barely get him through the door he is so excited to see the wonderful workers and other dogs at daycare. Not only does he enjoy it so much, my husband and I are always very comforted to know he is in the best hands. Virginia goes out of her way to provide updates when necessary and make sure our puppy is getting the best care possible. A big thank you to the staff for being so wonderful and taking such good care of our boy!
