Biscuits & Bath - Financial District

I'm so thankful and thrilled that I've found the perfect place for my dog, Binx. So far, I've had a 1:1 training session and vet visit, and have nothing but absolutely glowing reviews. The staff (trainers, new customer liaison, and vet, Dr. Schaff) were all exceptionally wonderful! Binx had a great visit and was treated so well; he wasn't anxious about being given vaccinations because everyone who worked there was so calm and lovely. I had asked around for different pet recs, but ended up finding Biscuits & Bath on my own. I could not be more relieved that this was the place I found! If you're looking for professionalism and quality care, this is the place! You can tell they really love pets. If you visit, tell them Binx sent you!

A very long review coming—but definitely worth the read if you’re looking for a place to drop off your dog while at work! I feel incredibly lucky to have found Biscuits and Bath in the Financial District. I work at the Trinity Building, so the location couldn’t be more convenient. My golden retriever, Noble, absolutely loves it here—and honestly, so do I. From day one, the staff have treated Noble like family. Everyone is super friendly, patient, and it’s clear how much they genuinely care about every dog. They even send updates (and the cutest photos!) throughout the day, which always brightens mine. One of my favorite features is the live cameras—I can check in on Noble anytime and watch her play, explore, or nap. Seeing her happy and engaged while I’m at work gives me total peace of mind. She used to have some separation anxiety, but now she sprints to the door the moment she realizes where we’re headed. The space is indoor-only, which is a huge plus year-round. It’s always spotless, safe, and thoughtfully designed for dogs’ comfort and fun. She comes home every day happy, tired, and completely content. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, loving, and professionally run daycare for your pup, this is it. Noble and I couldn’t recommend it more!

Love this place and the people who work here! I brought my puppy in for the first time to stay overnight and i got so many detailed updates and pictures and I know that he was well taken care of. When i came to pick him up several employees told me the details of his stay and this assured me that they were extremely attentive to him. The best feeling when you cant have your puppy with you is to know they were well taken care of and happy

I have a hard time finding the words to describe how grateful I am for Biscuits & Bath FiDi. My dear little rat terrier, Juno, has been going here for daycare and boarding since she was a puppy, and the staff have shown her so much love. As a young pup, she got so much early socialization from their daycare program, and as my travel schedule got hectic with a new job, it has been such a comfort knowing she is well cared for when I'm away. Having the convenience of grooming services and a vet office makes it even better. I can't recommend them enough to anyone looking for dog care.

First grooming experience and it was perfect. Love everything about B&B Fidi and I am particular especially for my puppy!

It was my dog’s first time in daycare and the staff took good care of him. This was a last minute reservation literally booked at 1AM. Dave from the main office promptly called at 8AM and facilitated my completion of the process. I was able to drop my dog off by 9:30 and Pedro helped eased my pup’s first day jitters. The place is clean and well-kept. Glad I had this option today.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We’ve been bringing our dog Penny to Fidi Biscuits and Bath for 7 years, and we truly can’t imagine going anywhere else. The team here is incredible—caring, patient, and genuinely devoted to the dogs they look after. Penny absolutely loves everyone here, and it shows every time she walks through the door, tail wagging and excited. One of the biggest surprises over the years has been how much more comfortable she’s become at the vet. Penny used to be a very anxious and difficult patient, but thanks to the trust and ease she feels at Biscuits and Bath, she’s transformed into a much calmer, more cooperative pup. That comfort and consistency have made such a difference in her overall well-being. Thank you to everyone at Fidi Biscuits and Bath—you’ve been such an important part of Penny’s life and ours!
