Biscuits & Bath - Hell's Kitchen

Biscuits & Bath is absolutely the best. I was in NYC for an event and coming from Mchigan with two dogs. They were helpful and very friendly from beginning to end. My babies had fun and were very well taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone that needs their dog taken care of. I wish we had them in Michigan!! Thank you for everything!!

I contacted this doggy daycare to get more information and I was blown away by how great the experience was. The manager was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions without rushing me. You can tell they truly care about the dogs and the people who bring them in. Even from just an inquiry, I felt confident this is a place I can trust and my pup would be in great hands. Definitely worth checking them out!

B&B always goes above and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule and make sure my dog Oliver is well cared for!!! James and the whole team are great!!

We have been regulars here since the Hell's Kitchen location opened almost a year ago and we could not be any happier with the services. Our pup gets walks, grooming, training, and boarding here. The staff is absolutely phenomenal, especially the manager. We are consistently blown away by the great customer service and care they provide our pup. We highly recommend Biscuits & Bath!!!

Audrey is amazing! she has an amazing way of making not only my pup fox extremely comfortable but me as well! she’s also very informative & always has a smile! please give audrey a raise LOL!! shes awesome 👏🏾

UPD: the team reached out to me, apologized for the bad experience, and gave a refund for deshedding that hasn't been done properly I had an appointment for bath & deshedding for my husky in the beginning of May. I paid 192$ in total, 42$ of which specifically for deshedding. It was the worst and the most expensive dog service I ever had. I feel like nothing had been done except for a quick bath that I could easily do myself. I came there for deshedding because I don't have the necessary equipment at home, and now after spending this much I'll have to go to see my previous groomer 1h away who would do a perfect job for 95$ spending 2.5h on my dog. Waste of your time and money.

We use them all the time. They are very good to our two dogs.
