Biscuits & Bath - Murray Hill

A super fan of this daycare! My puppy Haru dances every morning in happiness as we go to daycare! The care that he receives does show, and he always comes home a pleased and content puppy! Haru is very high energy (Maltese-Yorkie mix), and I needed daycare for him as being at home or only with a single sitter was not stimulating enough for him! Here he gets a ton of playtime with other pups, cuddles and attention! If you have high energy and super fun pup like mine, I recommend Biscuits and Bath Murray Hill! It’s also great to follow on Instagram and occasionally see Haru at daycare through their IG stories. I am extremely thankful to all the staff for taking such fantastic care of my darling Haru!

We took our dogs to the Murray Hill location for 1+ year. The care the staff showed to our dogs was incredible. Our dogs loved coming to B&B daily, and the convenience made it possible to have dogs in Manhattan. We used their daycare and grooming services and couldn’t be more pleased.

We get our dog Natasha groomed here and they always do a wonderful job. And when we were having some behavior issues, we got a session with their dog-whisperer America, and she did a wonderful job! In one session she showed us how to communicate better with our girl, and solved nearly all our behavior issues!

Despite having a horrible phone experience with the receptionist, I took my dog for a grooming session that cost me almost $250 because one of the other customer service reps (Iliana) was extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the grooming was awful. The left photo is my dog when I groomed him myself. I showed the photo and asked Amy the groomer to do a similar style. The right side is what I was left with. His lips are completely uneven, his eyes look smaller, his eyebrows are also uneven, and his face isn’t round anymore; not to mention the sloppy job she did on his butt and paws. I’d rather continue to groom him myself even if it takes me two hours - this was not worth the expensive bill nor the hassle to bring in my dog at all. They even ask you for gratuity to your face at pick up, which I gave because k couldn’t say no. Their groomer has no talent what so ever, and is not friendly at all. She didn’t listen carefully to anything I said nor did she read my notes beforehand (they ask you to fill it out prior). Not only that, she asked me to bring in my dog one hour earlier than scheduled but was never apologetic or grateful at all for me switching my schedule around for her. I wish I could give a 0 star. I will never be returning to this place again and would highly recommend others to stay away for grooming as well.

I like this chain bc the staff seem to care about the dogs and get to know them well and are happy working there. I use this one and 13th st location. Only thing I can’t figure out is this location about a year ago started having a strong ammonia cleaning agent smell when the dogs come home that lingers. I’m not sure if they changed how they clean or need to aerate better but that’s the only drawback. Takes about 24 hours for my dogs to lose the smell after wert wiping them.

My boyfriend and i highly recommend this location and groomer Nicole. Ever since she started grooming my Goldendoodle, I wont have anyone else touch him. She takes her time with him and really does exactly what we want. Our dog trust her and is always excited to come back. We really appreciate the customer service she gives us. Thank you.

I've been taking my dogs to biscuits and bath for 10 years. They are amazing. Pick up and drop them off each morning and afternoon, take them to the vet when I need them to, and give them bath's before the weekend! It's the best! I highly recommend. Plus my dogs run to the door with excitement each time they arrive!
