Biscuits & Bath - Yorkville

We absolutely love this place!! Huge shoutout to Ashley and Gigi and the rest of the crew 🙂 Everyone is so sweet, very responsive, and great with our little guy. We love getting the update photos of our dog and our dog is obsessed with going to day care. They're also so flexible with working with us and our crazy work schedules. Could not recommend enough!!

My 7 year old pup has been attending Biscuits and Bath for a little over a year and he absolutely loves it. He is truly a member of my family so to know he is in good hands really warms my heart. I would like to give a special shoutout to Gigi (Gianna) for always going above and beyond for my Luc whether it's for daycare, vet, dog walking/ transportation or even grooming she always makes sure to fit him in even if it's last minute, even if it's her doing it herself she makes sure my boy is always taken care of like he's her own. This amazing young woman truly goes above and beyond for Biscuits and Bath and I really hope that she will take care of not only my Luc but many, many dogs for the days to come. She is a huge asset to Biscuits and Bath and I hope everyone sees her how I do.

We love the Yorkville Biscuits Team!!! Our Pomeranian, Cowboy, goes to B&B for grooming and occasional daycare services. He loves the team there so much (and the treats and love they give him) that he literally tries to take himself there on every single walk. No matter how busy, the ladies always make a big deal of greeting him and making him feel so loved. He’s welcomed inside, given pets and treats, even on days he doesn’t have a service booked. Honorable mentions to Cowboy’s favorite ladies - Gigi, Ashley, and Susan for always making him so happy and welcome! They make the Biscuits experience priceless 😊

Love Yorkville Biscuits & Bath! We have been bringing our dog for daycare 1-2 days/week since he was 16 weeks (just turned 1), and he loves it so much! The entire team from front desk to handlers are always warm and communicative, which is not always the case at other sites. Many updates are posted on Instagram stories throughout the day which is very reassuring. Other small but noticeable and greatly appreciative factors are efficient check-in, drop-off and pick-up.

Biscuits and Bath in Yorkville is amazing. Everyone is caring and helpful. They have been incredibly flexible with scheduling changes, and even help us get the dogs seen by a vet when needed if we are at work. When we got a shelter puppy that can jump and drive people crazy, they have been patient and kind, and helped us get set up with a trainer on site, who also has been great. We are so grateful for their help!

Our dog has the best time at biscuits and bath! Gigi and Ashley treat us like family and he runs to see them when he walks in the door. He comes back happy and tired every time he's there!

We love the team at Biscuits and Bath Yorkville! Clementine has been going here for more than 2 years and she is always excited to go. The entire team is wonderful, warm and professional. She especially enjoys all the care, cuddles, and love Gigi and Ashley give to her. They are very communicative and helpful. However, pricing has not been transparent with multiple increases within the year.
