What stands out most is their attention to each dog’s personality: my pup returned home happy, well-exercised, and calm after a stay or outing. The premium, stress-free boarding setup felt safe and comfortable, and the grooming service left him looking sharper than ever. This is without a doubt the best dog daycare we’ve found. They not only make it so easy by picking our dog up and dropping him off, but they show how much they truly care about him. Sal and his team send daily photos and videos. And rather than just leaving our dog to hang out in an outdoor space, they actively work on his training and ensure he gets attention and exercise. Our lives and our dog’s life have dramatically improved since finding Delighted Pets!

Beyond grateful. We had just moved to NYC when my wife’s father passed away, and we suddenly had to leave town. I got Sal and Delighted Pets’ name from a local groomer, and they truly stepped up for our family during a difficult moment. They arranged for someone to come into the city, pick up our dog Ziggy, and take him to their facility without hesitation. When life is overwhelming, knowing your pet is in loving, capable hands makes all the difference—and Sal and his team gave us real peace of mind. We went on to use Delighted Pets regularly for dog walking and additional boarding, and Ziggy truly found a home away from home with Sal and everyone there. We’ve since had to move back to Chicago, but when we return to NYC next fall, Delighted Pets will be our first call. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this one is truly my pleasure. I can't say enough great things about Delighted Pets, Inc! Sal worked wonders with my large breed, overly energetic dog who used to make walks feel like a workout. Thanks to his patience and expertise, my dog now walks beautifully on a leash, and I can actually enjoy our walk time together. Sal took the time to show us simple, effective tricks to stop pulling and jumping on people, and he even taught us how to incorporate play into our walks to give my dog the maximum exercise benefit. The difference has been incredible. I feel more confident, and my dog is happier and more balanced. I'm so happy I found a trustworthy team to care for my 9 year old boy when I'm out of town. The communication from the team is great. They're very attentive to each dog's personality and take a proactive approach to keep every pup safe and address their needs. A few years ago, I had a really horrible experience with another boarding place that has made me extremely weary and careful who to trust, but Sal was thorough in addressing all of my questions and concerns to ensure that I was comfortable leaving my pup at Delighted Pets. I'm grateful!

I can't say enough good things about the incredible experience I've had with Sal and the team. When we were welcoming a newborn, I was overwhelmed with what to do with my dog, but Sal offered amazing advice and support. Initially, I thought my dog would do daily visits with them for just the first two weeks at what we fondly call his dog "camp"; however, the care was so exceptional that he is still attending! It's the only place where my dog doesn't make a sound when picked up. He heads out the door so excited and doesn't even look back at me. The daily updates, complete with photos and videos, keep me connected to my dog. Watching him make new buddies and seeing those magazine-worthy photos bring so much joy. This has been the best decision for our family during this busy time. Highly recommend!

Oh man where do I even begin! We found Delighted Pets through a trainer we know in Williamsburg. We were in a bit of a bind and needed a place to board our dog, Ravioli. I was honestly floored by how accommodating and helpful Brittany, Luke and Taylor were. The team is just awesome - they are attentive and super responsive and they helped set up both the boarding and pick up for Ravioli. While he was there, we received pictures and videos as well as text updates multiple times a day. When we picked up Ravioli, he was so happy and albeit, super exhausted (great for us!). As we were leaving, he ran back to say goodbye to one of the staff members, Andrea. He hopped up on his hind legs and gave her a hug and some kisses. It was extremely sweet to witness - we could tell he was well taken care of and loved the staff. I think that interaction was actually the most important for us to see because you only get snap shots of their experience in photos and videos but to actually witness how much affection he had for one of the Delighted Pets staff, was amazing. I would 100% recommend Delighted Pets to anyone interested in their Canine Club pr board and train. The team is absolutely top tier!
