Dog City NYC (W27)

D Is For Doggy has been my fur baby’s favorite weekly activity. Not only does he enjoy his time hanging and playing with his fur pals, but the staff are wonderful and care for my dog as if he was their own. I highly recommend D Is For Doggy if you are looking for a reputable, friendly and fairly priced doggy day care!

Very impressed after our pups first day here. Great team, great communication (I had many questions, even got a tour the day before), but I think best of all was their approach to 'acclimatizing' our pup to the group. They do one on one dog introductions before letting them loose with the pack. I think this worked very well in our case and far better an experience than a past, much large, facility we tried. Also got a very detailed email report on her temperament test. Very impressed overall so far.

Both of my dogs come here and they absolutely love their Dog City Family. The staff is friendly, professional and the customer service is top tier. The facilities are very clean and smell nice ALL the time. My Simi boy loves hearing "do you want to go to school today?" I adore the team there and they truly love each dog like their own.

I love Dog City. The staff is what makes this place special. For doggie day care pick up, Coco eagerly zooms out to the handlers, kisses them and heads to day care without even looking back. Coco also gets recognized and is greeted by her doggie friends and Dog City staff when strolling the neighborhood, and is so happy when she meets them. This alone proves how much Coco enjoys her time at Dog City. I appreciate that the staff knows Coco’s likes and dislikes, as well as her personality. All the staff that I have met are wonderful dog people, caring and thoughtful. Management is also prompt in addressing any concerns and is open to communicating. Phone calls and emails are always returned right away. I am always grateful at the accommodations they make for Coco to feel comfortable at day care. Lastly, there is no cctv or monitor that allows you to see your dog in action. I always get curious and wish to be a fly on the wall at Dog City and see all the cute dogs interact, so an addition of a cctv would be nice. I would recommend this place to any dog parent.

Dog city is hands down the best place in all of NY to have your dog serviced! I have my dog groomed here every month and my dog is the star of the show whenever i pick her up. The boarding in on another level I was always worried about leaving my little daisy with someone other then family but Dog City takes more care then most people I know. If possible I would give them 10 stars!

My dog Chester LOVES it here. Every time he sees a Dog City team member in my building, he is ecstatic and tries to run up to them while wagging his tail like crazy. When he gets picked up to go to day care (another amazing benefit) he literally jumps a foot in the air out of excitement (to the point where it's difficult to get his harness on). I can understand why - the people there are super nice and responsive, they keep him engaged - even threw him a party for his 1st birthday when I was feeling under the weather. They also are very responsive and keep me updated on how his day went. Thank you Dog City for being such a great place for my dog to stay when I'm at work or need some downtime!

Dog city is the best doggy daycare for my little puppy! They take so much care of my dog and I know he is always in good hands! Also, they have a lot of fun events for the dogs to attend!
