My dog Tully just boarded with Roxy’s house for a few days and had the time of her life. This was my first time boarding her so I naturally was very nervous about it. Everyone at Roxy’s house couldn’t be nicer and helped put me at ease that she was in the best hands. I appreciated the frequent updates and all of the incredible pictures! I highly recommend this facility and will definitely be sending Tully back for daycare and future boarding needs!

I recently boarded my 14-year-old senior dog here while my partner and I were away on a two-week trip, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was admittedly very nervous — I’ve never had to leave him with a boarder before and wasn’t sure how he’d adjust, especially at his age. But after reading all the glowing 5-star reviews and seeing the beautiful, hotel-like rooms and cozy beds the dogs get to enjoy, I knew this was the right place for my little old man. And I couldn’t have been more right! I absolutely loved the 3x a day photo updates! As much as I loved my vacation, those updates were genuinely the highlight of each day. Seeing him relaxed, comfortable, and clearly enjoying his own little "vacation" gave me complete peace of mind. I’m so grateful for the care and attention he received. 10/10 — I would absolutely recommend and will definitely be booking at Roxy’s House again!

We have been bringing our girls to Roxy’s House since they first opened, and from the moment we found them, we knew it was the perfect place for Stella and Luna. It truly feels like a home away from home, and we always know our girls are happy, safe, and loved. Every employee cares so deeply not only for our pups, but for every dog in their care. They know each dog’s quirks, best friends, favorite activities, and personalities so well, which says everything about the level of attention and love they give. The daycare photos always make our day, and the occasional costume pictures are the absolute best. The staff makes you feel like they’ve known you and your dog forever. We could not recommend a daycare or boarding facility more. We and Stella and Luna absolutely love Roxy’s House!

We’ve been bringing our 7-month-old Bernese Mountain Dog, Bruce, to Roxy’s House since she was just a few months old, and we truly can’t say enough good things about this place. From day one, Brucie has loved it here—she gets excited the moment we mention it and practically sprints up the stairs every morning! The staff is phenomenal. They keep the team intentionally small so the dogs really get to know and bond with each person. Sam and Karen, the owners, are absolute gems. They are so attentive with all the dogs and always take the time to share helpful tricks and tips (which we appreciate endlessly as new puppy parents!). They even connected us with an incredible local trainer who has been a game-changer. Plus, they post tons of pictures throughout the day—you can tell every dog is having the time of their life, and we love seeing Brucie in her element. The space is adorable—it has a big open space where the dogs can play freely, plus cozy back bedrooms where they can rest. Brucie especially loves climbing onto the beds to nap with her closest pals. It never feels like the typical sad doggy daycare. I told my husband we can never move neighborhoods because there is just no comparison to the level of care and love our dog receives here. If you’re considering a daycare or boarding spot for your pup—THIS IS THE PLACE YOU'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR!

Truly one of the best experiences I've had in terms of personalised service and quality of care. Good daycare for our dog is something I'm very picky about, and while our dog Kloppi has been to many daycares in NYC, this was the only one I've been to where they're so attentive about every detail! From the meticulous cleanliness and absolute lack of smell (which others have mentioned), to the beautiful space for the dogs where they're actively engaged and monitored, to the calm demeanour of all the staff - they are on top of every detail. I love their positive reinforcement approach, and they have all kinds of add-on services that dogs might need (from baths to training with excellent trainers). Sam took the time to work with me on personalised support for getting me comfortable with interacting with other dogs around my dog - completely free of charge and just as part of the excellent service they provide. This is training and socialisation I would gladly pay for, and part of why I will bring her to daycare even when I'm at home! This spot is fairly comparable in price to other daycares in Midtown our dog used to go to, but the quality is miles better! Cannot recommend enough.

Roxy’s is the most clean, cozy, classy and caring daycare my dog has ever been to. They treat the pups like their own, paying special attention to each dog’s individual needs. My dog is 12 years old and feels so comfortable being there when in other daycare situations she has had a lot of anxiety. Roxy’s also makes sure the doggy parents feel comfortable, sending report card photos of the dogs throughout the day. They have really thought of everything to make this spot the perfect home away from home for your beloved baby!

While visiting New York for the holidays, my parents were looking for a place to board our dog, Bodie, so we could do some family activities. The owner, Sam, was good enough to answer our call on Christmas Day. They were able to fit us in on the 26th following some paperwork and a quick assessment to make sure Bodie was a good fit with the rest of the group. Roxy's House was a pristine facility with a welcoming and caring staff. It was also extremely well organized, with accommodating hours. I whole heartedly recommend this doggie daycare. We will make this our go-to daycare for our dog whenever he is in the city.
