UP PUP

We had an amazing experience with Universal Dog Care. We dropped our dog Otto for a day while we hit Universal. We’d expected to pick him up at the end of the day, but after all the happy updates of how well he was doing, we decided to have him stay the night. He had the best time! This is a great option for when you need dog care when you’re doing Disney or Universal or any other activity. We were staying at the Portofino and their suggestion was to leave our dog in the room (?!). This was much better and well priced and offered fun and love for our pet. Thank you!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We've been sending our dog to Up Pup for daycare for about a year now. We'd tried a couple other daycares and she never really seemed happy there. However, she absolutely LOVES Up Pup. She tries to pull us there on every walk. They're extremely communicative and take excellent care of the dogs. We've also used their grooming services for a few nail trims and their boarding services when we're away on vacation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone!

Five stars isn’t enough to express my family’s love for Up Pup. As soon as our puppy was old enough to safely go to daycare, we started taking him here. We credit Up Pup with socializing him and teaching him how to properly play with other dogs. He always had the best time there. We always felt so safe and comfortable leaving him in such competent and compassionate hands. They are also very active on Instagram stories which is amazing so you can watch your pup all day! The groomer also does amazing work, and was our go-to every time he needed a bath or haircut. We also boarded him here multiple times and always felt comfortable doing so. We have since moved out of the area, and truly one of the things we miss the most is Up Pup. They are one of a kind professionals who will take care of your dog like they are their own. It really felt like his second home. Even though we no longer live in the area we would drive out of our way to board him here again, they are really that incredible.

My partner Beth and I had never owned a dog until late August when we adopted our beloved 11 lbs Poodle, Chihuahua, Pit Bull mix Poppy. We then interviewed 4 doggy day care centers on the Upper East Side before choosing Up Pup. It is unequivocally the best decision we have made for Poppy. When we pick up Poppy on our way home from work she is happy and exhausted at the same time which the perfect combination. Also, Joe and Bronwen are brilliant at their craft as well as straight shooters. Simply put: Up Pup is the best in the business.

We've been sending our dog to Up Pup since he was a puppy and he absolutely LOVES it there. We can't say enough good things about our experience with Up Pup - everyone there is so kind and loving towards all the dogs, the dogs have an absolute BLAST, and get great care. We also get our dog groomed with them and he always comes home looking adorable, and have used their boarding as well and trust them immensely. Up Pup is our dog's second home and we couldn't be happier.

My pup, Bryson, has been coming here for about a month now and he absolutely loves it! He gets so excited when we get to their door and doesn’t even look back when I drop him off. It’s always very clean and the staff is so kind. The daycare prices are very reasonable for the area and I’m looking forward to trying out the grooming soon. This was a great way to get him more socialized as a puppy. They do a great job of posting plenty of photos and videos on their instagram that I can peak at while at work. I highly recommend up pup!! Oh, and the best part is my pup comes home tired and sleepy!

We love Up Pup! They are our go-to for everything, from weekday/weekend dog sitting to longer vacations…and now we’re adding grooming! They truly love animals and treat your pet like their own. Our dog absolutely loves Bronwen and is always so excited to see her. We never worry about our dog and are at complete ease when he’s in their care. Strongly recommend!
