Pet Paradise Gainesville

This is the only place we ever have peace of mind leaving our fur baby. They are so so attentive to her and have excellent communication. The best grooms we have ever gotten her have been here as well. The staff is super friendly and treat her with so much love and patience. She’s a rambunctious husky puppy and they absolutely adore her. We wouldn’t trust any other place than this Newberry Pet Paradise. Huge props to Janine (groomer) and honestly the whole staff and management. I hope the quality remains the same for her whole life. We love our girl so much and we really feel like she’s thoroughly cared for when we leave her here. Thanks so much!

Love getting my girl groomed here! My whole family takes there dogs here actually, yorkies and a mini dachshund. We stick with Bre I believe her name is. We all really love her! So sweet, kind, and does a fantastic job. Ask for her and you won’t be disappointed!!

I was very happy overall with my dog’s experience. Check in was easier than I thought and check out was an absolute breeze. Ashley was the best! She was super helpful and caring. She called me with updates and that helped ease my anxiety with them and she genuinely cared and was playing with them in their suites. It’s hard having 4 dogs to board but the staff at Pet Paradise defiantly helped make it less stressful for me. Also the cameras were really clear which was nice. I would totally recommend and will be planning to use Pet Paradise again in the future. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of the baths my dogs received. I was told at pick up the groomer said my dogs both need meds for baths which I could understand for a groom but not a bath- especially because they get baths all the time and are always okay. and despite paying 55$ for a bath and a brush out with no nail trim or ear cleaning, after being told it was only 45$ and my dogs weren’t matted or dirty, I don’t agree the price reflected the service.

They really do take great care of your babies. Leaving them behind is a hard thing but it sure is a joy to see them all happy when we come back. Thank you pet paradise for taking care of our precious family.

My dogs had a great time with a positive report card provided to me. They did very well. The staff are all very patient and kind to answer any and all questions . This was our first boarding experience. Huckleberry and Gracie give you 5 stars and want to come back to swim with their friends .

This girl was supposed to be home with a sitter while I was visiting family in Gainesville, but an unfortunate series of events necessitated that she come along. I needed a place for her to play where I knew she would be happy and safe. She has some separation anxiety that was recently heightened by an unprovoked bite from another dog. They were so incredibly kind and gentle with her at Pet Paradise (and with me 😉). Explained exactly what her day would be like, how they introduce dogs to each other, and assured me that if she was overwhelmed or frightened by the group of dogs, she would be removed and have one on one play time instead. They did just as they said and took such good care of her. I was so comforted and pleased, I took her back the second day. And let me say, this place was hopping, but it didn’t stop any of the caregivers from devoting the right amount of time to each client and their pet. In addition, the facility was really great and looked so fun! The giant pool in the center was visible through a great big window, everything was clean, and the dogs all seemed to be having so much fun. The dogs were never alone, unless in their cozy rooms. Caregivers were everywhere and very attentive. Wonderful spot. Wonderful people.

Fantastic experience! Our 8 year old bloodhound has been used to boarding and going to daycare in Nashville, so we were a little scared about leaving her somewhere new. The staff were all friendly, knowledgeable and reassured us through excellent communications before, during and even after her stay. The pictures were such an added bonus for us to be able to enjoy our time away from her because it was obvious she was well taken care of and even happy being away from us. The whole experience was positive and I would recommend their services to anyone without hesitation. And of course…GO GATORS!
