Bunk & Biscuit

Bunk & Biscuit is the best. When we boarded our two dogs, we had in the past boarded them in separate suites. So we did that this time too. However, Chase (golden retriever) was all upset about that. Second day, we were talking with them and they were doing everything to get him to eat, go outside, nothing was working. So, after talking with them, we decided to board them in the same suite. They sat in the suite with them when they ate so that there was no food guarding issues. Next day, they said Chase did a 360 turn around. He was so happy to have Bear with him and he came out of his shell and was having a great time then. Bunk & Biscuit techs were wonderful and truly made my boys at home. I recommend them 110%!!!

Bunk & Biscuit was recommended to my fiancé and I as new puppy owners by our obedience trainer and we could not echo their recommendation loud enough. Our puppy Scotch was very young - about 4 months old - when he was boarded here for the first time. He was a timid curious pup but immediately felt safe and comfortable with the staff when we arrived. He was there for just one overnight but we had photos, updates, and information from his stay every step of the way. As our pup grew up he started attending daycare as well and ALWAYS came home with a smile on his face and all his potty, food, and drink needs satisfied. Bunk & Biscuit provided us a family and support system for our pup when we had just moved to a brand new area with no connections, and we could not be more grateful for the experiences Scotch had in their care. We have since moved and to this day we seek a facility that comes close to the expertise care and professionalism of Bunk & Biscuit. As a self proclaimed type A helicopter pup mom, B&B has my full stamp of approval and if we ever end up back in the Niles/South Bend area, Bunk & Biscuit will be a must-visit. Bunk and biscuit is absolutely amazing. We have been using them for about 2 years now. First with Frank and Klowie, and now Frank and Ruby. We recently tried to board at another place that was closer and ended up with an absolutely terrible experience.(kryder) The other place had us come pick up our dogs after 15 minutes because they felt threatened. I am almost positive because they are pits and we're feeling anxious, and didn't get a chance. We immediately called bunk and biscuit and thankfully we're able to take them there, which has become their home away from home. They love our babies, and do not discriminate against their breed. They are always loved, and we'll taken care for at bunk and biscuit, and we will not be going any other way again. I love the little report cards they send home! I wish I had pics of b&b but it's the closet thing to home with actual rooms and beds. It may be on the more expensive side, but it is well worth it! My husband and I were looking for a safe place to board our Olive. We went to B&B unannounced and asked for someone to show us around. Without hesitation, we were taken on a tour. You could eat off the floors in this place. We have used them many times and Olive always comes home happy and healthy…why would we ever go anywhere else???

I’ve never known management to care as much about their clients like Bunk & Biscuit. I know when I leave my dog with them that he is going to be happy, healthy, and safe. I’ve never had any issues in the two years he’s been going there. The communication from the tech, groomers, and the Manager has always been of the highest standard! It makes me feel lucky that a place like this not only exists, but is so close to me! Bunk & Biscuit knows how much my dog means to me. And they have never let me, or my pup, down! Thank you Bunk & Biscuit! We’ll see you again soon!!

Bunk & Biscuit is THE BEST!!! The worst part of a vacation is leaving behind my fur babies. Bunk & Biscuit puts my mind at ease because I know they are in great hands, getting loved on, and being truly cared for! If you have any doubts, just watch their web cams for a minute. Those are all very happy pups!

I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else! My dogs are always so happy to see them.. excited when we get there and never look back !! We have been going here for about 5+ years and can highly recommend them.. we had no reservations about starting our new puppy with them last year!!
