Mary-Elizabeth in the pets hotel has a horrible attitude. I was waiting for help and rang the bell more than once since there were several people at the desk and no one to help me. She comes out to tell me "it’s not necessary to ring the bell multiple times." It’s not necessary to have a bunch of associates standing around doing nothing either, but here we are.
Ran out dog food early this morning and they’re open at the time I need.
