Jennifer and her team at Petsuites are the best!! From management, front desk, trainers, and the day play staff, everyone is great! They are so genuinely excited to see Zeke when he arrives (even at 6:30am!) he is treated like a prince. There are cameras in the day play areas so you can see how much fun they are having, and you can tell the staff keep the room under control and safe for all of the pups. They often run specials on their services like nail trims and exit baths, and they offer cute photo opportunities like the one I attached. We have done day play and boarding for 3 years and definitely recommend!

Millie and I love PetSuites! The staff treat her like she's their own dog, and you can just feel their love radiating whenever you enter the space. They're communicative, safe and caring, often suggesting Enrichment and trainings for Millie's wellbeing. The space is clean, the drop off and pick up process for both daycare and boarding is simple and effective, and we love that they offer a variety of services like individual and group training, grooming, fun events and add ons, and more. Thank you, PetSuites, for being Millie's home away from home!

I cannot thank Pet Suites in Novi enough for always taking such amazing care of my furry baby, Cuddles! ❤️🐾 Leaving your pet for an extended stay is never easy, but the love, patience, and attention they showed him gave me so much peace of mind. By the time I picked him up, it was obvious he had truly bonded with the staff — especially Brandon, Amira, and Shannon. Thank you all for treating Cuddles like family and making him feel safe, loved, and comfortable during his stay. When we left, he was literally clinging to one of the trainers and crying on the way out 😭😹 — as jealous as I was, it made me realize just how cared for and happy he was there. I truly appreciate all of your hard work, kindness, and dedication to the animals you care for. You all are AMAZING, and I highly recommend Pet Suites Novi to any pet parent looking for a loving and trustworthy place for their furry family members. 💖🐱

Amazing place!! We are clients for more than 3y and my dog Senna loves to stay and have fun with his friends. The service and infrastructure are outstanding! Hw already stayed here more than 30 times for short and long stay, and I was never disappointed!!

We love Pet Suites of Novi! We use them for both grooming and boarding services for our 11 year old Labradoodle. Rachel and Sam do a terrific job on his haircuts. When our dog is boarded, he comes home far less anxious than he did at other places and doesn’t smell even without an exit bath. The staff give the pets lots of attention and personalized care— you can tell they really love working with animals. The facility seems to be very well kept. Their communication has always been top notch too. We definitely recommend trying them out if you haven’t already!

I enjoy bringing my baby to Pet Suiets. They are always accommodating. She enjoys coming and can’t wait to go the next day.
