Divine K-nine

Grooming was great. Had them for two years or more. Had to leave them though do to poor communication on their part when I left My dog there for 4 days while I was in TX. Was suppose to groom him by Monday morning at 7am to pick up. I received text from various family members and friends while in TX and after confronting owner about why my dog hadn't been groomed by Monday morning when I had to bring him in again( Picked him up at 5:30Pm Sunday thinking he would be done grooming and wasn't like I was told). I mysteriously get a text Monday morning Dated that Saturday saying he would be ready Monday by noon. This is after confronting owner and had received text all the 4 days I was in TX from various people but none from lady who had told me she would have him ready by Monday morning at 7am to pick up until I confronted owner. My final decision to leave this business was the owner lack of concern when I told her This may be last time My dog will be here. Didn't bother her a bit at loosing a customer. I was surprised at that. They do good grooming but I didn't care for the mysterious Monday text after the fact when I received text from all those people back here in same area all 4 days and owners lack of concern as mentioned.

Our dog Kirby is very comfortable staying at Divine K-nine when we are away. It is nice to come in and have the staff immediately recognize him and him start wagging his tail. Kirby doesn't get along with other dogs, and we are comfortable that they will let him out by himself so he doesn't get in trouble.

I really love this place! My dog always looks awesome, which isn’t the case at most places. He just stayed overnight for the first time, and they were so nice when we were a little early to pick up. I also scheduled everything the week of his appointment, and when I forgot his dog food at drop off, they let me bring his food by later without complaint!

Deb and the team at Divine K9 are top tier! Millie, my Mini Schnauzer, always looks and smells great upon pick up! I know when my pets are at Divine K9 they are in great hands! Thank you guys for your fantastic service!

I took my golden for the first time yesterday. He looked so majestic when they were done! Thank you for taking care of my sweet boy!

Debbie and staff are awesome! Sadie mae has been going there since a puppy. She will be in again this month.

Deb has taken care of our Maltese since he was 6 months old. She's always loving to him and grooms him very well. He always comes home happy, looking and feeling good. I recommend her grooming services.
