We’ve been bringing our 1- year-old German Shepherd to Pets Home in Oswego for about a year now, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very start, the entire team has been absolutely wonderful. Laura, the owner, is fantastic- so caring and attentive-and the rest of the staff are equally amazing. The facility is always spotless and well maintained, and I really appreciate how much thought they put into keeping it clean and safe. Our pup absolutely loves his time there, especially splashing around in the kiddie pools! It’s clear he’s not just being watched-he’s being cared for and loved. Whether it’s daycare or boarding, everything runs smoothly and I always feel confident leaving him in their hands.The Pets Home has truly become a second home for our dog, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place where their pup will be treated like family!

Bait and switch at its finest. I've had my dogs there twice, which is two times too many. I should have learned my lesson the first time when I was quoted one price and paid another 2 days later at pick-up. This time, I asked for one night and a bath/cut, quoted at $325 and charged $576. My directions were to cut the dogs as short as the groomer was comfortable with, knowing that my Australian Shepherds are double coat dogs and every groomer I've taken them too refuses to go any shorter than 2". They shaved my dogs down to the skin, and then sent a picture asking if they took off enough....as if I'm able to say "please put some back on". They fought with me every step of the way and lie about their service and pricing. I'd be amazed if they were actually licensed to groom dogs. They are rude, insulting, and refuse to apologize for any of their absurd actions. For the safety of all pets in the area, they should close shop and find something new to do. 1 star because I can't put 0. They told me they would refund the overcharge back to what I was quoted, and couldn't even do that properly.

Oak and Olive love it here. We travel and need daycare often and if they can't go with Grandma and Grandpa they come here. I have never picked up my dogs from two days at a kennel without needing a bath. This place is so clean my pups came back smelling as fresh as they did going in! We do daycare and boarding with them. We are so happy to have found Laura and John! They take such good care of our dogs! Nikolai is awesome too! He works with Oak reinforcing the tricks and training he knows.

my dog absolutely loves coming to the pet’s home for both daycare and boarding! the staff here is amazing! they update me constantly via report cards, texts, pictures, etc. when my dog stays overnight. everyone is incredibly kind and helpful. my dog always comes home really happy and tired (in a good way :))

So many good things to say here! My Yorkies had the best time while I was away. When I came to pick them up, I could see they would have been just as happy staying with Ms. Laura as they would coming home with me. I can give no higher praise!! My Sophie is the smartest and most attached to me of the bunch. If she says it great, that's good enough for me!!

Today was my first time at The Pets Home. Laura Mae was super friendly. She made me feel so comfortable and took me on a tour of The Pets Home. All the dogs looks so relaxed and at home. It was my 3 month old dog Simbas first time at a grooming service and he LOVED it. He came home super happy and smelling amazing! My puppy loved it so much he hid behind Laura Mae’s chair when we came to pick him up! Thank you so much for making me feel at ease as it’s my first puppy and you really have a great heart!

We have 2 standard poodles and had to go out of state for 3 days. We had always had someone watch them in our home but no one was available. We had driven by The Pets Home and decided to stop in and talk to them. Felt very comfortable with the cleanliness and friendly staff! We received a daily Report card on how they were doing who they played with if they ate and everything a pet parent would want to know when they’re away from their dogs. The owners and staff treat the dogs like they are their own! I don’t think my dogs wanted to leave when we picked them up! Thank you so much for taking such good care of Abbey and Oliver! Cyndi S.
