Our dog Murphy has been coming to this location since his very first social experience with other dogs in a group setting. The staff is amazing to work with and our dog loves coming here. Thanks guys, you love what you do and it shows! Five stars!!!

We love Megan as our groomer! She always does a wonderful job, is so kind and takes good care of our elderly dogs while they are in her care despite how timid they are. Can’t recommend her enough!

Our dog broke his leg during his stay due to the staff putting him into a holding area not intended for dogs while preparing a play time due to what I assume was because of staffing issues. They refuse to admit any responsibility whatsoever; are hiding behind their insurance lawyers; and will only help with about 5% of the resulting bill contingent on me signing a non disparagement agreement. Do not take puppies here.

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and made me feel like my cat would be in good hands! My cat takes a pill 2x daily and is fed 5 times daily and they were able to accommodate this with the help of my battery operated auto-feeder for overnight feeds. I liked that I couldn’t hear any dogs barking from the cat suites when I came for a tour ahead of time and I liked that the suites didn’t require my cat to jump up to another level to be fed or anything as she is getting old! They seemed very thorough with check in, I liked that they allowed you to upload photos and descriptions of any belongings you would be bringing. Of the three places I checked into I felt best about boarding her with PetSuites and as a bonus it was the best rate as well.

My baby girl stayed here for 5 nights, she was dropped off Thursday night and picked up Monday night. I got her in the "Town House" which was nice because they have a camera where you can see your pup. I was a bit upset that when I dropped her off they told me a price and when I went to pick her up it was $80 bucks more not including tip. So prices vary by date? Anyways overall the place was wonderful and staff is nice. 🙂

Our three dogs stayed at PetSuites for 11 nights. One of our dogs needed medical attention very early in their stay. They went above and beyond providing care for him. We received updates on how my dogs were doing. We could tell they were loved and well cared for.

We've been bringing our walker coonhound Jerry here for both day and overnight boarding for almost a year now. He loves coming here and we really appreciate the caring and professional staff. We feel he is always well taken care of and the place is always clean
