PetsHotel Puyallup

I absolutely love Petco Pet's Hotel in Puyallup when I tell you they are the best, and they have treated both of my babies very well and the grooming as well. I love this place they are so sweet to my Diamond, and they were sweet to my Cinnamon, so thank you, staff, for everything. We are The Happy Camper's?

My dogs had a great time and came home happy and falling asleep on way home. Pricing was pretty good at 22 for a full day for each dog. Half day (under 6 hrs) is 16. I wish for two things though. One that they should do a temperament test like camp bow wow where they make sure they are okay with other dogs instead of just descriminating against breeds. Also if they could have online cameras so we could check in on them (also like Camp Bow Wow) during play hours.

From the beginning to the end, this experience was fabulous! Definitely a wonderful time for our pups and gave us free time to explore the city!

We board our pups here roughly twice a quarter. This is by far the best choice for pet boarding in the Puyallup area. Prices are fair, the facilities are safe, and the folks running the place are always so friendly. We love the goofy report cards on pickup, and we love that we know our pets are safe whenever we leave them here.

I have tried my dogs here many times for daycare. They always come home clean and tired. I tried boarding my dog here for a 5 day trip and they were able to take my dog to the grooming salon to get his hair cut and bring him back just in time for pickup. They did a great job.

The first time my dog and cat stayed here they did a great job. Dog had a suite with sound machine and off the flood bed. He had a little bit of an upset stomach the final day according to what I was told and made a mess of himself but they were able to have him cleaned up at the groomers next door and only came home a little wet. This time, I unfortunately couldn't spring for the suite price and not sure if it was a dirty kennel, him not getting the correct food or what..... but he was brought out to me with poop on his hind legs and all over his bottom, she told me it was maybe stress.... still hasn't subsided. I had perfectly measured out meals for both my cat and dog and they both came home with more food than I would have expected.... so, not sure if they got fed the wrong food one of the times. Cat was fine as she usually does fine if food is switched and is only grouchy instead of stressed, but my dog has a really sensitive stomach. He either got sick from it being dirty or wrong food and we have now been dealing with bloody diarrhea for multiple days. Update: It has now been about 5 days of my dog being home and on a bland diet and he is going to have to go be treated at the vet because he is not doing well. When I went to the hotel on Monday to pick up my cats collar that got left behind the lady at the counter was really friendly and remembered us but there were two other younger ladies working in one of the playrooms with some dogs on leashes that were having a conversation that I would not necessarily deem appropriate for work or at the very least customers to overhear as they used profanity. During their conversation they paid little attention to the dogs and it made me concerned for the type of care my now sick dog received.
