My dogs stay here when I'm travelling. Has been a good experience with them. Nice people.

Boarded my 12 week old puppy for 2 nights. I left his dog bed, toys etc. When I picked him up I was handed his bed. It was so urine soaked it was dripping as I walked it to the car. I had to throw it away. He reaked of urine. I paid extra for cuddle time,etc. No way of knowing I got what I paid for. He seemed very stressed out after being there. I was in town and had to board him due to work. I received no communication of needing to bring new bedding or how he was handling being boarded for the first time. Lots of dogs barking not a calm environment. Allowing a dog to lay/sleep on a urine soaked bed is neglect in my opinion. This was to much to be a one or 2 accidents. Staff is very friendly.

I had gone to visit this facility as I am planning on boarding my pup in March. I had asked for a tour and she had told me they don't allow people in the back. I had then asked "so I wont be able to see where my dog will be staying?" she responded with "no". MAJOR red flag and will not be boarding with them.

We love All Season's! They take such good care of my fur babies! Jordan is awesome to work with and remembers each dogs names when I call. Even after our Shar Pei's eye surgery they to great care of him while we were out of town.

We had our first private puppy training today and we LOVED it. The facility is clean, everyone is knowledgeable and kind, and our dog (we) learned so much. We can’t wait to go back next week, and explore other classes!

I’ve been bringing my dog here for boarding for several years now. I understand that there was recently a change in ownership and my last 2 visits were after that change. I’m happy to say that the level of service and satisfaction has remained that same. My dog is happy being there and I’ve never had any problems. They’re very responsive and pay close attention to her well-being. They even called me on my last trip to ask about a lump on her leg, to make sure I knew it was there and ask if I wanted them to take her to the vet. (In this case I did already know about it and had the vet look at it but I forgot to let them know at drop off.) I was very grateful that they payed such close attention to her health and that they were proactive when they noticed something. I would 100% recommend boarding your dog here. They’ll be safe and happy.
