From the first day, I took my three month old puppy there till now Seven months later, I have been so impressed with Safe Haven Pet Resort. At any time you could ask them if your pet has eaten, If they’ve had any challenges, any notes of any confrontations with any other animals, they keep such a close eye on every pet that they take care of As if your pet was their own. You can get grooming services as well, Their groomer is Fantastic . From a Halloween dress up contest to now coming up on a pawjamma Party. I would recommend Safe Haven Pet Resort to anyone looking for any Daycare, Overnight boarding, Etc. The staff is just amazing, They post two pictures a day of your pet on their Facebook page so you can check on your pet visually anytime.

Our dogs love coming here for doggy daycare and also staycations when we need to travel. They seem to have a great time, and they post pictures daily of your pups

We traveled to town with our dog and were invited to meet up with friends. We needed a place for our precious dog to stay the night. They were able to help. Excellent customer service!!! Great communication. They also offer a self serve dog bath where clients can give their dogs a bath if the groomer is unavailable or to simply use the dog bathtub for no charge. It was Sunday, therefore, there were no grooming services available. I got to bathe my dog for free. The dog bath tub is fantastic. Large tub, easily accessible, functional water faucet with good water temperature control, good quality hose and spray nozzle. Well functioning blowdryer attached to the wall and turned on with a simple wall switch to dry the remaining moisture from your dog before they get back into your car. Excellent facility, customer service is top notch and prices are fair and reasonable. As I was leaving, my truck needed a jump start. The from desk employee didn't hesitate to jump out of her seat and proceed to pull her car along side my truck and give me a jump start. They went above and beyond! We will use them again. ❤️

Very reasonable prices and great caring staff. I dropped it one star because they aren't expressing my dog's bladder enough. When I picked her up she voided when she saw me. I took her outside and expressed her bladder and it was completely full.

Our 40# dog, Buddy stayed for the day while we toured the area. The 'intake process' with Raeanne (sp?) was awesome. You can tell she loves her job and she was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Drop off went smoothly and the pictures they post let me know all was well with his stay.

My Great Dane has been going here for 5 years, he loves it. I like that I can view pictures of him throughout his day just by logging onto their FB page. Took off a star because it is expensive.

Today, I visited Safe Haven to utilize the self washing service. I was ecstatically surprised to be taken to a room with two big walk around tubs and EVERYTHING I needed to bathe my dogs. The tubs were so nice and so easy for me to reach into to bathe my girls. The spray nozzle was hands down my favorite part. My puppy (13 weeks) is afraid of loud sounds still, so being able to have the water off when she wasn't being rinsed without having to turn the water on and off was so great. The water pressure was wonderful. I used the regular spray most of the time but when I needed a little but harder, a mix of the spray and jet was perfect. I loved being able to tie my dogs in so they couldn't get out of the tub with the provided leash system. There were also multiple brush options depending on the type of hair, lots of towels, shampoo, and even cologne spray! Absolutely everything I needed was there and readily available. Also, the floors were perfect. I made enough of a mess trying to rinse my dog's belly as she tried unsuccessfully to scoot around and got the floor sufficiently wet. It wasn't slick at all and I was not worried about myself or my dogs on the floor. In all, an amazing option to get my dogs clean without the price tag or the disaster in my own house. I will definitely be going again in the future!
