We’ve had our puppy going to day care there for two months now and LOVE it. My husband and I work crazy hours during the fall and we can tell when Duke’s been to daycare or not. He is SO excited every morning to go and comes back home exhausted, ready to sleep and snuggle after a fun filled day. It’s so easy to book with them to! Would highly recommend!

My dog Maverick has been coming to Taj for almost 4 years! He runs in to greet his dog buddies for daycare. During a recent knee surgery recovery Maverick stayed with Taj for 2 weeks and I did not worry at all because I knew he was safe and happy ! Thank you Taj

My dog lights up every time we pull into the parking lot! He can’t wait to see the staff members — they treat him like family. They share live videos through an app so I can see him playing and having fun throughout the day. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing he’s safe, happy, and loved. The location is convenient too.

Chris and the group have handled my my dogs for about 5 years and I have received nothing but stellar, professional care. My pup always comes home happy and exhausted from a fun day of play. I used their boarding service quite frequently and have never had a poor experience. I would reccomend them to anyone

I am long time customer of Taj Mapaw, even before they switched locations, and usually everyone I deal with here is very nice and easy. However, I recently put my dogs here for boarding for 5 days and called on the way back to tell them I had gotten stuck behind a wreck and would be 20 minutes past pick up time. The older man on the phone immediately was rude with me and told me flat out that that was my problem and nothing could be done about the extra boarding day charge which for my two dogs was going to be around $80. He at one point told me this was posted everywhere for me to have seen and that I could take the charge and leave them for an extra day if it made it better. I understand up holding policy, although I feel like just charging for the play care price would be a fair charge.. not another full night, but what really got to me was his attitude. He was rude from the start and almost had a mocking tone to me the entire phone call. Apparently he is the owner and does not care to lose customers since he talks to people as if he needs no one’s business. When I went in (20 mins after pick up) I was greeted by a different man who told me that this older ‘gentleman’ was retiring soon and selling his business to him. Hopefully their customer service side will improve once this is done.

I did the self serve dog wash and am not very thrilled with the facilities. -the tubs were a standard stainless tub, they do have the hose with built in shampoos and conditioners which is nice! I brought my own however, but others may like that. - the floor is a smooth concrete, easy for cleaning yes, but slick when wet. I slipped a few times on it - they don't provide any bathing aprons, so that was a big bummer - the pressure on the nozzle continuously changes, which is frustrating if you want it at a specific point. I had to keep fiddling with it, which took up time - you get 30-40 minutes. Maybe enough for a professional groomer, or a small dog, or a short hair dog. But I have an Elkhound x Malinois, whom has a very thick, very dense, long fluffy coat. I don't feel like i got her as clean or as dry as I wanted. - i was charged more than what is represented on the website. Website states a medium dog is $15, I was charged $20 - the bathing area is NOT disabled accessible. There's steepish concrete stairs. I am mobility challenged and I'm glad it was a good day for me so I could get down and up them without too much struggle Got my dogs cleaned and smelling better, but Tractor Supply is cheaper and nicer in my opinion. Never ever leave your dog in their care! Horrible! I’m so angry I feel like a horrible mommy leaving her there! All 4 of her paws have sores like she was digging on concrete for days! I have never had to leave her before and no matter what will never leave her again!
