Central Bark Henrietta

Our dog crash has been coming to central bark for the last few months and it has been amazing. They open early enough for me to get to work and any time I need a bath for my pup they are usually able to squeeze me in same day. Jazz is great with crash as he wont let anyone else do his nails and the owner Phil is always pleased to see us in the morning. It is so nice to have a facility full of staff that is passionate about their work and loves my pup as their own.

Our dog, Chopper, loves Central Bark. The facility is big and clean, staff is nice, and Chopper always comes home happy and tired. The owner, Phil, is personable, friendly, and very flexible! The image updates through the day are always nice to see. There are many services provided by CB, from overnight stays, to nail trimming and other grooming. We have been very happy with Central Bark.

I’ve had a great experience at Central Bark in Henrietta. The team genuinely cares about the dogs and takes the time to get to know each pet’s personality and needs. The facility is clean, organized, and the staff is always friendly and professional. What stands out most is how much attention they give to the dogs’ comfort and safety. Whether it’s daycare, grooming, or boarding, you can tell the staff truly loves what they do. Communication is excellent, and I always feel confident leaving my dog in their care. It’s hard to find a place that combines professionalism with such a welcoming atmosphere, but Central Bark does exactly that. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy care for their dog.

I have nothing but good things to say about Central Bark. I've used them for the past few months for dog daycare for my new Basset mix puppy Sable. I think it's great that they're hiring an overnight attendant for dog boarding, and the staff and owner have always been friendly and attentive. I think their rate is good for dog daycare, but I haven't used them for other services. If dog daycare is the right choice for your dog, I think Central Bark deserves your consideration.

Our dog Lucy has been going here since she was a puppy. The staff treats and loves her like we would. Everyone is lovely and extremely accommodating especially the in-house grooming. Also love that they are getting an overnight attendant for boarding! Truly a one-stop shop for our girl. Thanks to all the staff!!

Our dog loves Central Bark! We had tried a few places for comparison, it was quite obvious this place had everything we were looking for.. The staff is friendly, professional, and you can truly tell they care about every dog as if they were their own. They are very accommodating with schedules and special needs. The facility is clean, safe, and full of happy, wagging tails. It’s clear the dogs not only get plenty of playtime but also genuine attention and affection. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a daycare where their dog will have a fantastic time and be cared for by people who really love what they do!
