Sacramento Pet Boarding and Resort

the staff here are always kind and tentive to my dogs no matter if it was a vets visit or them staying at the boarding. My dogs had a blast staying over a few nights and being able to play with other pets. It was also nice to hear a summery of what my dogs did at the boarding and who how well they played along with other pets there. Thank you to the staff for always taking good care of my dogs!! Only thing I would like to see more is maybe more pictures of the pets while they are boarding so we can have a little update on how they are doing.

DO NOT GO HERE. They are very unprofessional and threatening. My husband and I boarded our cat here for a week. We were told to pick our cat up any time before 5pm at the end. When we got there, nobody answered the number and we were calling for about 20 minutes. We waved at someone through the window and the doctor came out and started yelling at us telling us to back up. After we told him we were here to pick up our cat before 5, he started yelling that we were lying to him about the time we were supposed to get our cat. I told him we wanted our cat and he said he would not give her to us and was yelling at us to get away. He then proceeded to tell my husband to "learn how to control your wife" and said I was "crazy" because I am making up the time we were told to get our cat. He continued yelling at us. Finally a technician came out and gave us our cat. It was EXTREMELY scary. We honestly thought they would not give us our cat back, even though we had paid already for her boarding. Just find another place. This place is sketchy.
