Suite Dog Daze LLC

We've been going to the same groomer for years and were hesitant to try somewhere new—especially with doodles, since not every groomer knows how to handle their coats. But Suite Dog Daze did a fantastic job! Our boys looked so handsome. When we arrived to pick them up, we could see them happily running around on the camera—it was such a great touch. Everyone there was incredibly kind to both us and the dogs. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them!

I love suite dog daze! They have been wonderful at adapting to the needs of my silly girl. She used to be troublesome and jump fences which would prevent other facilities from allowing her to stay, but suite dog daze was able to accommodate! We have also been to many training classes which keep my girl enriched and have helped her training in addition to my understanding! When she’s gotten baths from them she is super clean and I always see what a great job the groomers do. I absolutely love them and so does my girl!

Wonderful place to board your dog. While on vacation on east coast my dog was having some problems and they were in contact with me right away and got her to vet to find out why she was feeling sick. They stayed with her the whole time waiting for results of the tests. When it was done they let me know they were heading back to the boarding for her. I called the next day to check on her and they were so caring and understanding. Definitely would recommend them to anyone to board their dogs there.

Love these people and the job they do here. We had to board our dog Honey for a week while we visited my family in Georgia. They took excellent care of her. They communicate well, give updates, and do a great job caring for the animals. They’re our go to now for any boarding and grooming needs.

My dog loves this place and gets excited everytime we pull up. Friendly staff, great training, and a wonderful place for grooming. My doggy loves the kiddie pool and I can watch him on one of their many cameras. A once stop shop for most of your doggy needs. Definitely recommend.

Our first and only day at dog daycare last week and our dog had to go to her vet for kennel cough. The dogs have no bathroom area and are left to pee and poop on the floor, which then every dog walks through. They hose the floor off with water once or twice an hour. In a room of twenty dogs there are 4 dog beds, a stepped ramp and a kiddie pool. Dogs just pace back and forth while a worker stands in the room. I added on "training" thinking it would help my dogs nerves as I watched her on their webcam pace and jump up on the worker repeatedly trying to get attention or comfort. They gave her 20 minutes of "training" which doubled the cost of daycare. This is not a good environment for dogs. Also don’t park anywhere near the loading dock because that is where they rinse the urine from the daycare room throughout the day. Response: As much as I appreciate the response from the owner defending their business it did not negate the reality of our experience. The pictures I posted with this review are just screen shots of the videos I recorded of my dogs experience, if google reviews would have allowed I would have posted those. Maybe don’t offer live webcams if you don’t want people to be unhappy with the level of care and cleanliness happening in your facility.

where I’ve had no problem with my dog being board here my problem is with the business side of the business. The fact it matter is they send emails describing their struggles I never could understand why they were struggling so much but now I do. I made a reservation a while back and I had to cancel it. I canceled it way in advance. They sent me email saying that I was credit the full amount on my account. They do not refund it. They credit my account and I was fine with that cause I use them, but when I went to use the credit, it was not all there they claim that it’s in the cancellation policy, but I do not remember a cancellation policy in the paperwork I signed I’m sure it was deliberately put in a small print so I could not find it and I don’t remember it being on the wall when I was in there cause I was dealing with my dog and it surely wasn’t on my reservation when I made it like it is on almost all booking websites, cause I booked online when I brought this to the attention they just said it my fault and that they were gonna do nothing about it. They would lose my business rather than try to work out something so I will not be taking my business to them anymore. The fact the matter is you don’t give tips because this is over tips until the services are rendered so I’m not sure why there’s an issue but they’ve decided to make issue so i will take my business elsewhere now I used a credit card so my credit card company is making me whole but I will not use this business
