Hoff's Hounds

Our pups first time at Hoff’s Hounds and it didn’t dissapoint. Luna spent 5 days and had a great time. I got photos every morning and updates throughout the week. They took great care of her. On her last day i scheduled a grooming and it turned out better than i could have imagined. Fantastic place that appears to really love why they do!! A before and after of her appearance!

Hoff’s Hounds is hands down the best boarding place I’ve ever used. Bruno and Blaze were treated like family. The staff is attentive, caring, and truly loves what they do. The peace of mind this place gives is priceless. I’ve recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so. Always a 5-star experience.

We boarded, as well as used Hoffs Hounds day play for our fur baby and I can’t say enough great things about this place! Our fur baby was very well taken care of, she played so much with the staff. The staff here are great! They know my fur baby by name (Freya) and they are always enthusiastic to see her! They took great care of her. And were always there to answer any questions I had. I was always leery boarding her, but, Ashley and her staff eased my worries. I love that we are also able to see her with cameras everywhere! I will only and always choose Hoffs Hounds for my fur baby from here on out! 10/10. Freya loves them, so do we!

I was very nervous originally about the thought of leaving our pup with anyone other than family, but oh my goodness Hoffs Hounds has absolutely exceeded my expectations! Not only has the customer service been fabulous every single time, my pups absolutely love going here for day play & boarding! The staff is always so sweet and welcoming, you can tell they truly care about the dogs (even though my 2 are a hand full to say the least), they are also extremely accommodating and provide excellent communication whenever I have questions! The webcams and picture updates are an extra bonus! I recommend this place to everyone I know looking for a boarding facility!

If you are looking for a place that takes care of your fur babies, look no further!! They are reasonably priced and my fur babies always come home smelling and looking amazing 💫 I take my babies here for their grooming, and I'm telling you, Alyssa is by far the most patient, kind, and compatibile groomer I have ever encountered!! Ashley, the manager, is amazing not only with the pups but with the humans😉🤣 I recommend this place to anyone looking for care and compassion for their fur babies. They definitely go above and beyond to take care of what you care for!! Friendly staff, respectful and compassionate. Hoff's Hounds is the place to take your pups!!! Pictures for you to enjoy 🤗

We boarded our pup, Lady, over Thanksgiving break and this was our first time using Hoffs Hounds’ boarding services (she has only been to the day plays). From the very beginning, I felt completely at ease knowing she was in such great hands. The staff was incredibly helpful and patient, answering all of my questions before her stay and continuing to be just as supportive during and after. While we were away, they sent daily updates, "report cards," and pictures, which truly gave me peace of mind. It was clear from every interaction how passionate they are about the dogs they care for. Lady was so well taken care of, and I could tell she was loved and happy while we were gone. I’m so grateful we for Hoffs Hounds and will absolutely be using them again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a boarding place they can genuinely trust with their pup.

I can’t say enough good things about Hoff's Hounds! From the moment we walked in a little over a year ago, the staff made both me and my dog feel completely comfortable and welcome. It’s clear they genuinely care about the dogs and treat them like their own. After Harlee got her initial shots and met Hoff's requirements, she began with daycare a few times a week to socialize and learn how to be a dog. 🙂 Shout-out to Ashley, the manager, who to this day, still welcomes Harlee with open arms each time she comes in and remembers every story that I've shared about Harlee and our adventures.. We love hiking! Ashley is also very knowledgeable and always has answers to all my questions. Soon after, we met Dainay, who is the facility trainer. By the time we began training, Dainay already knew a lot about Harlee because she sees her each time she's there. She is also the one who tests temperament for placement as new dogs come in. Initially, we met at my home around Harlees things to help build confidence. These days, Harlee and I can't wait to see her at the park where they work on making her comfortable with all things on the trail. She is very personable, kind and knowledgeable too! We've boarded there as well. I was terrified to leave her overnight the first time, but she had a blast and I was the only one that was worried. She already knew the staff. I could see her on the nightly Instagram "good night" post too. If available, you can also get a suite with webcams. Just last week, we tried grooming there too. Christina did a wonderful job. Since it was our initial meet and greet, she came out to ensure when knew exactly what I wanted and she nailed it. Because Harlee regularly attends Hoff's she was more comfortable getting groomed that toot! Thank you Christina! Big shout-out to the rest of the staff at the front desk and in the area where Harlee plays who also take great care of her and make us both feel safe!
