Lucy's Doggy Daycare and Spa - Thousand Oaks

I paid for a full groom and specifically requested a full body cut from head to tail. Unfortunately, only part of the body was trimmed. The ears were not cleaned, the nails were not cut, and the head was left long. They also did not properly trim the legs. For $124, I expected a complete professional groom. The haircut my dog received is something I could have done myself at home. Please pay close attention to what is actually being done to your dog compared to what you are paying for. This was my first time here, and unfortunately it will also be my last.

Dropped off my dog for a day while we were in town for the weekend. Staff took great care of him. He's a large breed and they had PLENTY of space for him to run around. The live webcams are great to check in on him. Would definitely return if we are in town again.

My dogs love going to Lucy’s! The baths they give are first class. Staff is very friendly. They have great luxury suites for boarding. That is great because my Bulldogs love to be together in the same suite (with live video coverage). They have the best outdoor playground I’ve ever seen. Pick up and drop off always goes well, and there is a short wait before the Lucy’s team come out to be of service to help. Snoopy and Charlie Brown give Lucy’s baths 2 paws up!

My daughter took her baby here and they were amazing. Cake is a rescue who was new to this. She was treated like a princess and loved it. They did a great job and Cake came back looking and smelling amazing and had treats. Would love ❤️ 😍 everyone to try this place out to pamper your baby as well. They also have boarding as well. All the dogs we saw were having a blast.

I spoke to an employee named Bella and she was SO sweet and obviously cared about my dogs, treating them with the utmost respect and making them as comfortable as can be. but I did unfortunately overhear other employees yelling at the pups and even saw a few shaking. Their body language really genuinely showed fear and I feel so so bad. The facilities are nice, but I will not be bringing my dogs again knowing that this is how they are being treated when doggy moms and dads are not around. I'm sincerely disappointed with the lack of care others had even though they appeared nice otherwise. Again, Bella was a sweet girl who I believe had the best intentions, but other employees, I'm not so sure.

Took my 13 year old pup for her first Spa Day and she came back softer and just brighter looking than she had in a long time. She was happy, she smelled amazing and it was nice treating my best friend.
