Pawderosa Ranch

We have been using the Pawderosa Ranch by the San Antonio Airport for many years whenever we leave town. Our dogs have always been happy, healthy, and well cared for in our absence. Several actually are very excited when we pull into the driveway for drop off, with tails wagging and vocalizing excitement. We plan to continue to use Pawderosa whenever we leave town. I recommend without hesitation!!

I love bringing my dogs here. They always seem to be happy when we pick them up and worn out (in a good way) when we get home. They have so many events and parties here and the cutest pics from those events of our babies. They also give report cards which I love. Staff is super friendly. Only downside is they don’t do daycare on the weekends, but would definitely recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Pawderosa Ranch. My dog went to daycare at Pawderosa for about a year before we moved to Austin and he LOVED it! He would always get so excited when we turned the corner on Clydeville Road. The staff are incredibly passionate about dogs and are very thoughtful and professional. They were very knowledgable about how to support my pup through his various challenges (broken leg, crate training & fear of big fluffy dogs) and I appreciated the daily report cards. When it was my first time leaving my fur baby overnight for a trip they patiently answered all of my check in calls and emailed me pictures. The parties they throw for the dogs every month are so fun and I will treasure the pictures forever. The prices are fair for the value and the package deal helps. The staff always made me feel heard and supported and even more important my dog was always happy and cared for.

We love being able to drop our dog off for daycare and for boarding with no worries. Pawderosa makes sure our pup gets lots of love and attention and even send us pictures during her stay! We love all of the activities they offer.

I had my dogs stay here a few weeks ago and forgot to rate their stay. I have a Great Dane that is a giant scaredy cat and he wouldn’t walk into their office because he is scared of thresholds and floor changes. They have a nifty side entrance that is great for skiddish dogs. They called me while I was driving to the coast and advised he was having a hard time getting into his kennel as in lock all his legs and wouldn’t go in (giant boy) so it took them about an hour to get him in. They informed me of all this to keep me in the loop and we waited to see if he would adjust and he did. They are super communicative and friendly and professional and I was very happy with how they handled my dog that is very timid. I would recommend them to anyone for their facilities, communication and care and plan to use them again.

My sweet Honey girl loves Pawderosa and the staff loves her. Everyone is so nice and they keep Honey busy during the day.

The staff at Pawderosa Ranch (Airport) is very friendly. I believe my girls (dogs) think their one of the family, which they are for sure. Everything from baths, daycare and of course the PAWTY's are exceptional. I would highly recommend taking your own fury friend to one of their establishments.
