Eloise was absolutely amazing, and the entire staff was wonderful. I needed care for my dogs on very short notice, and since my dogs are not very social, I was very nervous. The team was patient, understanding, and made everything work so smoothly for them. They truly went above and beyond to make my dogs feel comfortable and cared for. Because of their help, I was able to go on my trip with peace of mind. I really appreciate all the kindness, communication, and effort from the whole team. I am a particular pet parent and I am highly critical when it comes to my fur baby. I can tell you Pet Paradise is the only place I would leave my sweet baby. I love watching the residents of the dog day care playing in the pool when I bring my dog in for his grooming. Pet paradise is always so clean and tidy. There is NO pet smells of any kind. I have had my Westie Whitey groomed by Zang for about 10 years. She has been so gentle and loving of my dog and treats him like family. He always comes home looking like a runway model. He is so soft and smells so nice. Zang is meticulous about his grooming. My dog is elderly and Zang takes extra time and patience in caring for his individual needs. As I said. Zang treats us like family. I highly recommend Pet Paradise for your pet needs and Zang for her grooming excellence!

Pet Paradise is very affordable and an awesome paradise for your pets. I loved watching them on their camera interacting with otter dogs during their play time. Anytime I go out of town Pet Paradise is the place they will be.

This was my first time boarding any of my pups. The last time they were in a "cage" was their time spent at the rescue. I was able to keep them together in an indoor/outdoor suite and apparently they did very well. I wish they could tell me about it. The staff was helpful and patient with my many calls. My babies came home clean, happy and healthy! Thank you. 😊

Absolutely LOVED this place. My big Cry baby 4yr old pitbull came here for the first time today. He has never been without me, and I tried it out because I need to board him next weekend, but also I want him to socialize and not be so scared!!! They said he was very nervous at first when arriving. But after some time he was fine! I looked at the Webcam probably for 3 hours today just watching him! Although he followed the worker around most of the time (as he does me all day long at home) he did venture off a few times, and was even smelling and "wanting" to play with the other pups!!! My dog was well cared for, and he came home happy as can be and SLEEPING! The pool area for the dogs alone is well worth the price, not to mention my dog (and all the other pups out there) got atleast 5 thousands rubs, and scratches from the staff!!!

Both of my fur babies absolutely love going to Pet Paradise in Stone Oak for grooming! The staff is always so attentive, and the facility is immaculately clean. Booking an appointment through the website couldn’t be easier. Chrissy is hands-down the best groomer—she always goes the extra mile to make sure my little ones are comfortable and looking their best. I can’t recommend them enough!

We’ve been having problems but today was the last straw. Every time we have come in, we have had a problem with them not having our dogs shot records. We come in multiple times between when shots are due and every time they do not have our records, even though we have proof of sending them in each time. We have asked multiple times about what time they let the dogs out to play so we can check in on the camera, and we have never seen our dogs on and are always told what we were just missing them. We’ve logged on at many different times throughout the day and the previous times that they have given us to see them let out. Today, when picking up, I was told that my dog had and accident that they had just found out that they were having to wash some diarrhea off of her. Mind you, my dog has been house trained since six months and lets you know whenever she needs to go outside, especially for diarrhea. While waiting, I let out our other dog that was boarded and she used the restroom as if she hadn’t all morning. Mind you it was 11:30. Within the last year, I don’t know if management has changed, but there is definitely a new group working and it has just not been the same. Waiting over 40 minutes to check in and only one person is working even though three others are standing up there is not acceptable. Truly the last visit our fur babies will have at that location.
