PetSuites San Antonio Airport

My pups love coming to PetSuites ! They are accommodating to their individual needs as one enjoys group play and the other has one on one fun. They also get their baths done here and the groomers are amazing ! (Even with my problem child 😂)

We absolutely love PetSuites! The staff is so welcoming and truly experienced with dogs of all personalities. My girl Millie can be a little skittish and dog reactive, but they’re always patient and understanding with her. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing she’s in such caring, capable hands. 🐾💛

It was our first time trying out the pet suite groomers and I will be taking my dog nova back here again! Lorelei was our groomer and she did an amazing job with our session. I love that she sent photos of nova when they were done and gave me updates on how she did! They made it easy to book and really took their time which I appreciate a lot. I’ll be looking into the daycare sessions next. Thank you pet suites for taking such great care of Nova she really appreciates it the most!

Kai normally comes here for daycare, but we decided to try the grooming services this time — and WOW. Lorelei worked magic on him 😂 He went from fluffy chaos to looking so handsome and polished. His coat is incredibly soft, his tail looks amazing, and you can tell they really took their time with him. Definitely recommend! Thank you so much Lorelei!!

Miller and Astro seemed very well taken care of during their 7 day stay with the warm staff at PetSuites. We enjoyed and appreciated the daily pics and updates sent to us. Special thanks to the manager and staff for treating my boys like family.

I am so thankful to have finally found a good boarding in San Antonio. I first signed my pup up for the 30 days of unlimited play to help her get adapted and comfortable with the place and just to use the boarding services for the first time. I was really happy that they let me bring multiple toy of her favorite toys, a blanket, and even a pillow that she loves to sleep on. It really comforted me to know that they cared about making her feel as much at home as possible. I also really appreciated that she was able to play all day with the daycare group so that she was worn out at night. And every time I looked at the cameras, she was either playing with the other dogs or comfortable in her room. I was really nervous about her not having a room that was isolated because she’s usually a pretty reactive dog, but she was actually really comfortable and quiet, which is rare 🤣. I have yet to find a boarding in San Antonio this good and I promise I have looked. It’s not exactly close to me but definitely worth the drive. Thanks Petsuites staff for showing kindness and love to my baby ❤️

Absolutely 10/10 experience. I boarded my cats & dogs at this facility (none of my animals have ever been boarded) and they all were extremely happy at the end of their stay. My dogs played from 9-5 every day and truly, they aren’t happy at home without their 9-5 play days. My cats were extremely catered to, they are fed with a lot of additives and one of my cats gets pilled every day - the staff had NO issues catering to their food needs and pilling my cats. I received daily pupdates and pictures reflecting how happy my animals were. Seeing my pups on the cameras playing SOOOO hard was extremely helpful in putting my mind at ease. Please bring your animals here, the staff at the front are amazing, asked all the right questions and made notes of anything important. Cat room staff made sure they knew every step of the feeding process for my kiddos to make their stay easy, dog staff made sure my pups were comfortable before going back…. Literally no complaints! I was very happy with my experience and would recommend this place to anyone. The staffs photos definitely made the experience a whole lot better. Love this place and will ALWAYS bring my pets here, no where else!
