I cannot say enough wonderful things about this pet resort! From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and reassuring. The staff was openly communicative, incredibly kind, and always quick to answer any questions I had. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing Eevee and Peach were in such caring hands. They took fantastic care of my two chihuahuas and treated them like their own. It's clear the team truly loves what they do and genuinely cares about the animals they look after. Eevee and Peach came home happy, relaxed, and well cared for which tells me everything I need to know. I'm so grateful for the attentive service and the love shown to my pups. I will absolutely be returning. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate place for their fur babies!

First time boarding my bulldog miss Heyzel very satisfied when boarding her she had a comfy room, I brought all her supplies to make her feel at home when she's in her room. She absolutely loved being with the pet Pros! she loved giving them big hugs she ate all her food I packed for her and just loved getting to be outside with her friends and taking a dip in the pool she was so thrilled for a pup cup. Can't wait to board my other babies.🐾💜

Pet suites has been Such a positive experience for my grand pups. Our Zoey got to spend her last days with friends and staff that she adored. We will always be grateful for the Socialization And pool time she was able to get During the last months of her life. We’re grateful that our Atzi has found a place where he can make Human and doggy friends. Thank you, Pet Suits for providing a positive learning and socializing environment for our important family member members!

This is the 3rd time I left my dog "Moose" at Petsuites @ hwy 151/potranco! He loves it there and I can see he’s having fun with his friends. I always check up on him via webcam that Petsuites provides. I feel safe that he’s being looked out for and the staff is so nice. I wouldn’t take him anywhere else. Highly recommend Petsuites!

We love Petsuites Westover! My boy looks forward to his school days for playtime, friends and or course pup cups! Staff is amazing and friendly.

We boarded our cat, Clark for the first time at Pet Suites Westover Hills location for 9 days. The team provided updates throughout his stay aka Pawgress reports. They took such great care of our boy. We are so thankful for this crew. Thank you for making Clark’s stay a pleasant one.

My dog gets very anxious and requires individual play time. This is the only boarding I have found able to cater to my dog’s sophisticated needs with care. The staff are trained and I feel very comfortable leaving my dog in their hands. We have used this boarding multiple times over the past few years. There are a lot of customizable options that I find helpful and the price is very affordable. Thank you to those dedicated staff who took care of angel AKA Urkel!!!
