Rob Cary Pet Resort

Maya had wonderful experience with Rob Cary Pet Resort! The facility is great, clean, and very welcoming. They took excellent care of my little Maya and gave her such a sweet "good girl" grooming, she came out looking adorable and feeling happy. The staff is gentle, patient, and truly loves what they do. I felt confident leaving Maya in their hands, and she looked amazing afterward. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for grooming and a place that genuinely cares for your pets! 🐾💕

We've taken an obedience class the last few months and my dog Banana and I both love it. Keith is our instructor and he's been great, it shows with the way he teaches that he wants our dogs to have fun while learning. I highly recommend the training classes.

I have been coming to Rob Cary for several years now and it has become my dogs’ home away from home. The front desk manager, Austin, and receptionists, Stephanie and Sherri, are always very helpful when helping me make my many appointment for my dogs. The agility trainers, Jill and Dane, and the obedience trainers, Keith and Monica, are amazing and informative when we are in their classes doing new things and helpful when I need help training my pups. The kennel staff are always happy to see my pups and make their visit special and comfortable. One of my pups goes to daycare with Anne and her pack leaders and my girl is simply in love with them and always has an amazing time. The groomers, Keith and Kayla, always do a wonderful job. My pups always come home smelling and looking amazing, like run way models after their visit. To simply put, Rob Cary is an amazing place to visit with my dogs and I trust them with my current and future animals.

Intake was easy as can be. Report cards lacked information for pet owners, there was no personal touch to the report card. It is probably drop down menus so it can be done easy and quickly. I get that from a business aspect but I would imagine if you wanted people's pets to return, you'd treat them as if you were talking about their family members. When I went to pick up my pet, I had to wait 25 minutes because the person in the back had their phone on silent. The front desk person did not personally go and check but sent a second and a third message during the first 20 minutes. At 25 minutes they finally went to the back to check on why I was waiting so long. While I was waiting I observed the play area to see the attendant just sitting there yelling at the dogs if they barked more than five times. I guess the barking bothered her while she was playing on her phone. All in all, I was kind of disappointed since I was recommended this place by a friend but after experiencing this on my first visit I would not recommend nor come back. Decent pricing though.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! My wife made a reservation in November 2025 and an employee (female) told my wife that our cats were "good to go" and did not need vaccines for their stay in January. We just called to confirm the reservation for next week and Alex told us that our cats do need vaccines - if not, they cannot stay. We spent thousands of dollars for this vacation next week and now because of Rob Cary's irresponsibility - we need to take our cats to get vaccines in so short time. We have called many places to get vaccines and no one has an appointment available until next week (we leave next Monday). Now we have to cancel our trip because of Rob Cary! DON'T take your pets to this place. THEY ARE LIARS AND UNPROFFESIONAL! YOU LOST A RECURRING CLIENT AND MANY OTHERS!!!

We have been boarding our 2 mini schnauzers here for the past four years and absolutely love this place. They always take amazing care of our dogs, send daily report cards with information and are very efficient when checking in/out for boarding. This is the first trip time that we have included grooming in our boarding and are SO glad that we did. Kayla did an amazing job on our dogs and they look so good! She listened to exactly what we wanted and definitely delivered that look! I don’t like the traditional long skirt, leg hair or eyebrows and beard schnauzers usually have, but a shorter hair version of the schnauzer cut, and she gave us exactly what we were looking for. I highly recommended Rob Carey and you should get your fur baby pampered by Kayla while there. You will not be disappointed 🙂 this is the only place we will take our dogs to be groomed from now on, I just wish we found Kayla sooner! I literally cannot get over how cute they look!

Im going to puppy training classes. Our instructor is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. My cute puppy is going to be a very large dog and I'm needing all the help I can get.
