The Pets Inn

The Pets Inn is the only place I trust with my dogs for boarding. This is my fifth time taking my fur babies there, and they absolutely love it! They enjoy interacting with other dogs and always seem to have a great time. I really appreciate that the staff sends me daily pictures to show how they're doing — it gives me peace of mind while I’m away. The team is always friendly, courteous, and respectful. And for the prices they charge, it’s definitely worth every penny. I highly recommend The Pets Inn to anyone looking to board their dogs, even just for the weekend.

We’ve used Pet’s Inn for boarding for a year now. Our girl runs up to the door as soon as we get out of the car, so we know she enjoys her time here. They text pictures of your pet, which we really enjoy, as well as some other helpful reminders (ex: check in/out reminders). Highly recommend!

I found Pets Inn at the last minute and was first and foremost looking for a place that wouldn’t bankrupt me esp in this economy. Price: by far the best in price for value and service, as well as location! Please don’t change your prices! Incredible value. Service: above and beyond - provided multiple pictures at different times of the day and answered any and all questions or concerns we had. Extremely responsive and communicative. For the 5 days we boarded (4 dogs and 1 cat) - there was an update for every single day. I never had to worry about them from moment of drop off. Very accommodating and provided me all my bowls back. Location: easy to access and slightly tucked away. Highly recommend giving this place a chance. They were very understanding of all my pets needs and the fact my cat opened up and ate on the first day is a telling sign. She hasn’t been known to do that - so even just for that - Thank you Pets Inn for being a ‘home away from home’ enough that my cat did not stress out once. We will be back for future boarding needs! They are truly amazing here. I’ve never taken Beanz anywhere else and I know he will ok. They even socialize my 8 year old beagle. I love it! He’s always so happy.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for daycare and boarding. The staff is very friendly and personable. They always treat us like family and make your pup feel special every time you walk in. I really appreciate how they send pictures throughout day, which I absolutely love! Loki is usually a shy little guy, but it looks like he has a blast every time. They have a great vibe and are reasonably priced. Loki and I absolutely love this place! Thank you Pets Inn for being so kind to Loki.

Dogs had a great boarding experience. They were excited when we picked them up. Update: used them again for 3 of our dogs. They sent pictures and gave updates. You can tell their staff loves animals and treats them with love. Highly recommend. Update 6/26/25 Still an amazing place. All 3 dogs love it here and they truly care about the well-being of your fur babies. Highly recommended.

The Pets Inn has treated my dog, Opal, like family. The staff members are kind, patient, and value customer service. I am always welcomed with a smile and genuine care for Opal. Tracy, for example, has always been so great to us. The staff also send pictures from time to time which I love! I uploaded a few pictures that they have taken of Opal.
