Been dropping off my puppy-who-is-no-longer-a-puppy for more than a year now to this Bay Park location (I've tried the other locations and I think I like this one the most). Absolute pleasure having Terryl somehow remember my name out of the many customers that come through here. The smiles and personable upbeat customer service he provides is a definite highlight of my day and certainly smooths over the rough days at work. I can trust my dog Tofu will get out of his system that crazy bounce off the walls energy. Recommend anyone reading this that you can rest assured your dog will have a blast here and you can put your mind at ease while you go to work, and even check up on your dog in their 3 webcams.
Bait and switch type of place. I was interested in hearing about their training programs and after filling out a form on Instagram somebody called me to say they would offer me a 1 hour training / consultation and refused to give me any info over the phone. The meeting was 10 mins of the trainer explaining how the most cost effficient way would be group classes and private class would be with him 1 on 1 (BRILLIANT) he went over the costs and when I asked him if he could email me he just wrote it on a whiteboard and said I could take a picture on my phone. So let me save you the time, everyone. Here’s the picture with the costs.
Yesterday we had a meet & greet with Carly and she was absolutely amazing! Bonnie is an anxious dog and I was nervous to say the least. Carly assured me Bonnie would be in good hands and gave me lots of updates. Bonnie did great for the few hours she was there all thanks to Carly and I think it was great for her to socialize with other dogs. Will be coming back again for daycare services!
We took our 10 month old German Shepard puppy here for training and it was well worth it. Part of the training package was dog day care which helped tremendously with my dog’s separation anxiety. The weekly training with Ethan was great. There’s a night and day difference in my dog with way he listens to commands and walks on the leash now. The training schedule was also very accommodating. Each lesson was customized to help fix some issues I had with my dog, and they helped so much. My dog was super exited for his daycare and training lessons when we took him. Would definitely recommend, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Thanks !
The staff here is SOO wonderful! They are always so sweet and helpful. They are also exceptionally accommodating when plans change last minute- they do such a great job of working with you and making me feel comfortable my pup will be well taken care of.
We boarded our dog in paw commons in Morena Blvd. We were happy with his stay. We were so nervous since he’s never been left by himself in a boarding place unlike before when we had another dog who passed away. But, good thing every time we checked the webcam which was always available, he’s there with his tail up which means he’s not sad. When we texted to them one dog who was bothering him ( humping), they took care of the concern right away and responded promptly. I like when they’re giving a report at least twice for a one week stay of Preston. We know he’s okay there although we know he’d rather be home with his bedding and familiar toys, scents, and walking areas that’s why he loved hanging around and probably following the staff more than other dogs. We will take him back there again in the future.
Our dogs have been so well cared for at Paw Commons. The staff treat our dogs so well- they love going! We have used them for lots of vacations and our pups come home well loved, tired from all the play and healthy. Their groomers also do an amazing job. We won’t trust anyone else with our dogs.
