Wag Hotels - San Diego

My pups had a good stay at WAG Hotels. I really liked the video camera in their room and seeing them, the remote audio worked to and wasnable to watch them play in the open space area. Facilities were clean and will use them again. Good customer service at check in was pleasant.

Honestly had a great experience bringing my dog here for day care. I received photos, and a phone call during the day to let me know how my dog was doing, and we could check on her on the live cams on the app. And the best part is that it was free to try the daycare for a full day! We already booked a second time. Such a great option for long days when she would otherwise be home alone.

We love Wag Hotels because they take such great care of our Shiba Inus. It’s very convenient to check them in and pick them up, even in the middle of the night, since they’re open 24 hours. We’re also grateful that our fur babies get to play with other dogs during boarding and daycare. Thank you so much, Wag Hotels San Diego!

Rita groomed my dog Medusa and she was great. The haircut looked exactly how I wanted and Medusa came out relaxed and clean. Rita was gentle and patient and it really showed. This was one of the best grooming experiences we have had. I highly recommend her!!

I am so pleased with my overall experience so far with Wag Hotel San Diego! I was unsure at first how to go about boarding and day care, so I spoke to them on the phone and they were extremely helpful and willing to work with my and my dog and let us do a trial and then board if everything worked out well. They seemed to really want the best for the customer and their pet instead of just pure business, which I really appreciated! Everything went smoothly and they took great care of my Murphy and he is in great condition! The staff are super nice as well! Also, whoever gave him the bath/brush/nails this week did an AMAZING job!! It was his first time ever having it done and I couldn't be happier with how he looks and his nails look great too! I will definitely be coming back and recommending. Thank you so much!

We love Wag Hotel! At Wag, we are able to get special care and a private room for our dog reactive pup. Their special care program is a lifesaver. We are so thankful our dog can go to Wag and enjoys being there for daycare or overnight boarding. The staff is excellent. They always take such great care of him. We love how they send us photo updates while he stays there.
