Meeow Chicago - O’Hare

Jennifer and her team at Meeow Chicago O'Hare were absolutely amazing! This review is long overdue; when our family traveled out of town for two weeks last year, we needed a place to board our cat: no cramped, dirty quarters or someplace where she'd feel neglected or scared. After speaking with and texting Jennifer, I was invited to come out to tour the facility. I couldn't believe how clean, spacious, and luxurious the accommodations were! I was also impressed with the air filtration system and how fresh the air smelled. I knew immediately that our cat would be well cared for in the best possible environment—and she most certainly was. Although we started our travel during a holiday weekend, Jennifer upgraded our cat to a City Kitty Luxury Suite, which allowed us webcam access to see her while traveling. She had the entire suite to herself, and we received text message updates with photos every single day! Jennifer also made sure our cat, who became carsick while traveling to the facility, was thoroughly cleaned and calmed before entering her suite. I highly recommend Meeow Chicago and its services. We will never board our cat anywhere else!

Meeow always does an incredible job with our cats. They've accommodated us throughout schedule changes and stressful logistics and take so much stress off us when we travel. They are friendly, play with the cats often, and share photos, notes, and even livestream video if you have the nicer suite. You can board 2 cats together and it's more affordable, and also means bonded cats stay together! Highly recommend them. Used the services here and in Lincoln Park, around 5 times for Thanksgiving, work trips, etc.

Meeow Chicago was absolutely amazing with our girl Lola. They updated us each day with pictures and a message. The staff that works here truly love cats and made sure our Lola had everything she needed while we were away. Couldn’t recommend this facility more when looking for a place to board your kitty (or kitties).

I've never boarded my cat Loki before, so this was a completely new and anxiety provoking situation for me. I'm so glad that I found Meeow Chicago! Their facility is beautiful and the staff are very kind, professional and accommodating. I met with the staff beforehand and they answered all of my questions. Their prices are reasonable and I was able to view my cat on camera through an app, plus received pictures and text updates everyday. They even trimmed Loki's nails for free! The facility being 10-15 minutes from me and located next to O'Hare is a nice bonus as well. I will definitely bring my cats back and would recommend Meeow Chicago to other cat parents as well 😊

We were moving from California and needed the best environment for our two cats. Meeow Chicago took care of them as if they were their own! We had access to video and got daily pictures and updates. It took a lot off our minds knowing that the girls were safe and happy.

I boarded my Ragamese, Leo, here when I had to be away at a work trip. I was apprehensive about leaving him in a boarding facility, given he is so sensitive. Although he was shy, I felt that they made great effort to engage with him and give him attention. There is a camera in the enclosures, and while I didn’t see him a lot because he was hiding in the cubby, they sent me photos and responded right away when I anxiously texted asking if he was ok (because I hadn’t seen him). They also recorded if he was using his litter box, and they monitored if he was drinking and eating. They shared this report with me. I received daily photos of him engaging with staff and they seemed to pick up on his personality very quickly. While I know being boarded is a bit stressful for him, when I got him home, he re-adapted to our normal routine quickly, and he showed he was well cared for in my absence.

Five stars! They did a phenomenal job taking care of our three cats while traveling for three weeks out of the country. They sent photos and our cats were so happy. I’m very particular about boarding and this team is top notch. You won’t be disappointed. They truly care and go above and beyond. I would give them more than five stars if I could. Special thanks to the entire team
