Rob's Dogs Pet Resort

Brought in Khali, my 6-year-old shepherd/husky mix, for boarding training. She came in super reactive, not paying attention to me, and very aggressive toward other dogs. She was basically the perfect example of an untrained dog. I left her here for two weeks, and when I came back to pick her up, she was a different dog. She paid attention to me, followed commands, and could be around other dogs without all the crazy barking. During the training, I received about two update videos a week along with pictures of her, which was really nice because I missed her a lot. Nathan is incredible. He went over the go-home lesson with me, and I honestly have no words to describe how grateful I am. He’s very motivated and driven, and you can truly tell how much he loves working with dogs. After going back home to Tucson, I kept training Khali the way Nathan suggested. After about a week, I started having some issues again with her not paying attention, and another situation came up where I needed help. Nathan immediately got back to me and set up another appointment to go over what happened and recreate a similar scenario so we could work through it. I left with more advice, more tools to work with, and a lot of gratitude for the attention and support we were given. Thank you, Nathan!!! We appreciate it so much!!

Riley (GSD) who is roughly 2-3 yrs old was a CA stray to be euthanized due to cancerous tumor. We took a chance fostering, then adopting & knew he needed training. After researching several trainers, Rob’s Dogs in Scottsdale was a top choice. Riley who was teamed up with Joel for private lessons was amazing. Riley still appeared to have anxiety around other dogs. Joel & Ian agreed to introduce their dogs to ours. It was a huge success & we realized Riley just needs playmates. Joel is the best trainer and trained us too! Would highly recommend both.

Dani did an INCREDIBLE job with Cosmo! I never thought I would be able to walk my 100lb Great Pyrenees mix but with Dani’s training I can confidently walk him without issues. She gave our family the skills and training to mange him. We came in with a very reactive anxious dog and left with a calm well trained dog. Highly recommend Rob’s Dogs for anyone struggling with a reactive dog. All the staff took great care of Cosmo during his training!

It’s truly amazing to see the progress our dog Cleo made while staying at Rob’s Dogs, the training and attention given to her was outstanding, she’s a different dog after her training, the training explained to us to continue at home was detailed and thorough. The staff definitely make sure we felt comfortable with the information before we left with Cleo, we can’t say enough good things about our dogs training, we highly recommend Rob’s Dogs and we’re so excited with our new and improved Cleo lol.

I had an amazing experience working with Joel from Rob's Dogs! He understood my golden's temperament, energy and customized our training sessions to his level and needs. I saw immediate improvement with a few specific areas after session one, which blew me away. We enjoyed every session and are making continual growth with the new skills we learned. Joel at Rob’s Dogs is an amazing dog trainer! After only a few lessons, our two unruly canine kids are almost perfect angels. Joel listened to our concerns and carefully observed our dogs’ behaviors to customize the approach to getting them under control.
